We had to sell a house for an elderly gentleman who unfortunately had to go into a care home

It’s a pity you can only give 5 stars, I would give Abi at HCB 20.

James Harvey is obviously expert in current and imminent law governing possession of property from a defaulting tenant.
There were no delays in giving advice, no need to consult a supervisor,
Each stage was conducted effectively and efficiently,
explaining details of new and pre-existing legislation.
Charges were fixed, with no extra fees except the cost of bailiffs who, unfortunately, were required as the tenant did not obey a court order.
