Review for Haven St Austell branch only

Discussed replacement quartz work surfaces. Arduous from Day 1 with little or no communications even down to install date.
Should have gone direct to supplier - Everything Stone in Par - 01726 814466 - who were more than helpful and liaised as a supplier should.
Cannot and will not recommend Haven, sorry.

In the conversations with Chris, it was agreed that the communications with the show room could and should have been a lot better and a lot of the issues could have been resolved this way. Communications are key and ONLY work if they are 2 way.
It matters not who I placed the order with - the bottom line is that Haven did absolutely nothing to assist me. The additional things were sorted by the suppliers (Everything Stone) and just recosted by you to get your mark up. I would not trust Haven to design a straight line let alone a kitchen but in life we live and learn.

I would like to thank the Haven and HBH Woolcaotts team for my beautiful kitchen, but especial thanks have to go to Laura, the designer. I had a small space and lots of requirements and Laura clearly spent a great deal of time researching what could and couldn’t work with some of those specifics. She was endlessly patient with my many queries and her helpful advice has prevented me making mistakes. I was kept fully informed of timings, and throughout the project Laura has visited to check if I was happy. Her aftercare and finishing touches about details I hadn’t even considered have made such a difference to the final look and how the kitchen works. I have no hesitation in recommending Haven Kitchens.

Fantastic experience with Haven kitchens- Simon was brilliant in planning and executing our dream kitchen and we are over the moon with the quality of both the units and worktops alongside how it looks and feels- cannot recommend enough!!

Where do I start . It’s not everyday you buy a kitchen , and you want to know your buying quality and any issues that may arise will be dealt with . From start to finish Haven ( Laura ) have been great in designing and delivering on time , and the quality finish of the Kitchen is awesome .

Haven stepped in when Kettle went under. They have honored the deposit paid to Kettle and followed through seamlessly.
Simon listened to our requirements and came up with good suggestions. The finished kitchen matches the design and what we envisioned to a tee. A great service throughout

Fantastic customer service throughout. In conjunction with us Laura designed a bespoke kitchen that when delivered and fitted was beyond our expectations. Quality materials and no cutting corners. We would not hesitate to recommend Haven kitchens for all your needs

We have just started using our new Haven kitchen, the finished product is beyond our expectations. Simon from Havens produced a design taking into account all our requests with the appliances being supplied by Woolacotts. The kitchen was installed by Robbie from All Home Improvements of Saltash together with his various colleagues.

Haven kitchens ,and HBH Woolacotts were a complete package of fitted kitchen and appliances! The process from design, conducted by Simon Nicholson and was monitored by him through all stages of installation ! The dates arranged for each stage was completely adhered to which meant we had a completed kitchen on the date that was originally arranged ! Our fitter Mark Pane together with his associate electrician Andy Davies completed the installation to a very high standard with no snagging issues whatsoever ! HBH Woolacotts supplied all the electrical equipment and although we had an issue with the dishwasher, this was exchanged without my involvement by kiley within 24 hrs ! Great Job by everyone concerned

When we finally bit the bullet and decided to get a new kitchen, we approached three companies for help. Of these three, Haven stood out as by far the most helpful and responsive, so we went with them.
The whole process was made easy by Jodie who listened to us and provided exactly what we were after. Haven co-ordinated with Woolacotts (who were also helpful) on the cooker and extractor.
The couple of minor delivery issues that we had were sorted quickly and with no fuss by Haven.
The whole experience was great, and I would have no hesitation in recommending Haven Kitchens.

Really pleased that Woolacotts and Haven are working as a team to provide the most beautiful kitchens and sound electrical appliances as a 'one stop shop'

Having had a previous kitchen designed by Dale, we did not hesitate for him to design our newly built kitchen.
He suggested we listened .....We suggested He listened and the result is a stunning bespoke kitchen. everything went to plan and we now have an amazing kitchen and we would highly recommend Haven to anyone planning a new kichen.

Haven Kitchens supplied new doors for our old delaminated kitchen which made it look like new. Jodie recommended a fitter, Dave, who was efficient and thorough and cleaned up at the end of each day. We are really pleased with the result.

Haven Kitchens stepped in when we were let down by our previous supplier and gave us a truly exceptional service. The quality of our units is excellent and the quartz worktop supplied by Everything Stone is fabulous - we couldn’t be happier with the finished kitchen. Both the worktop installers and kitchen fitter (Mark) and his team were so easy to work with: they discussed key decisions with us and went the extra mile to ensure we had our kitchen before Christmas. We highly recommend them.

Haven kitchens literally saved our bacon as our previous kitchen company went into Liquidation.
Haven took on board all the plans and design we had They have constantly kept us informed of the status of the delivery and fitting date. Constantly checking that we were happy with how things were progressing. The unit quality has been exceptional and the fitting second to none. Everything went to plan, if we were told a day for something then that was the day it happened. Nothing was too much trouble. We now have our absolute dream kitchen and would highly recommend Haven to anyone planning a new kitchen.

Haven kitchens have provided us with a well designed workspace to house our appliances and to suit our needs.
They were quick to deliver and on time. The granite worktops are clean cut and well fitted.

Excellent company. Very professional from start to finish. I now have a beautiful kitchen.
