Ordered our new side board on Thursday and it was delivered on the following Monday. It had a crack in the wood at the top at the front, but I'd already decided I was going to keep it. I got in touch with Belle abode about it they instantly said they would give me a 15% refund on it which I was pleased with and the money was in my account the next day.

Not going to lie, I was very apprehensive placing my order as the cabinet I wanted was half the price with BelleAbode than their competitors. I paid with my credit card as I was sure I was going to be scammed!
However, I cannot rate them highly enough. My cabinet arrived this morning and the quality is as good if not better than similar pieces I’ve bought from competitors.
I had to reach out to customer service regarding the delivery and their service was superb. Really responsive and super helpful.

I signed up for 10% off my first purchase and was put on a mailing list with no coupon code provided. I was also a little suspicious about the pricing as similar items seem wildly different in price. As there are only 2 reviews for this company on the internet I thought the company might be a scam, but they have since contacted me and appear to be a genuine small business.
