Happy with the service I receive from…
Happy with the service I receive from Haulable and in particular Ryan.
I previously dealt with numerous pallet delivery companies who never helped out when an order has gone wrong.
Since switching to haulable for my deliveries I have only had a couple of instances where I have needed support and Ryan has always taken ownership of the issues and dealt with them quickly.
It’s greatly appreciated.

3rd time lucky - nope!
Give this company the benefit of doubt after being let down the first and second time by them.
Failed collections each time. Excuses used , drivers wagon broke down, traffic issues etc
When the driver arrived for the second collection he said it was lies, he had only been given the job 30 mins prior to getting to me - the exact time I messaged (because no one answers the phone)
Here I am waiting for the third time , got to 4pm and messaged to check booking still happening and received the same waffle - unexpected issues .
Never again will I use them

No surprises so see the endless bad reveiws ... completely failed to make the pallet collection booked ... no phone calls, no contact ... I booked them through INTERPARCEL (who are helpful) ... and certainly won't be using HAULABLE again. Companies like this shouldn't trade ..

The worst service I have ever witnessed from start to finish. Do not use. Ryan is a horrific customer service operator, I don’t know if that’s because of him or the company but you might as well cancel the order before speaking to him or dealing with them once you read this. Hopefully they can take this advice on the chin and do better, I won’t go into detail but they cost me 10 working days.

They don't turn up when they are supposed to, they just do what they want. Every excuse under the sun, total waste of time. I booked them through P4D and dealt with someone called Ryan who promised me they were still coming today and I strongly suspect he knew they wouldn't.

Yeah I can see why the reviews are bad. I dealt with a guy called Ryan.
Basically they kept changing the quote and was pushing me to pay private and not via website which was a huge red flag.
Then after wasting my time doing all the documents near ready to go he raised the price £100.
Poor service. Definetly avoid guys
