avoid this mess of a company to save your own headache. First time the driver turned up a day early which the parcel wasn’t ready. Then he never even turned up on the actual collection date!! He then turned up the day after. SECOND TIME the driver COULD NOT LOCATE a house that’s been here over 80+ years. Absolute shit show of a company

Thank you for your review, and we are truly sorry to hear about the experience you’ve had. We completely understand your frustration — the delays with both collection timing and address location clearly fell short of the standards we expect from our service network.

While most collections and deliveries are completed without issue, this was not the case on this occasion, and we take full responsibility for that. The issues locating the address highlight why accurate contact and address details are essential when a shipment is booked. Unfortunately, on this job, those details were not correct, which impacted the driver’s ability to communicate and locate the point of collection successfully.

We have already emailed you to request updated details through the booking broker, and have also reached out directly to obtain the corrected information so we can re-attempt the collection. We hope this helps explain the breakdown, though we fully recognise this does not excuse the inconvenience caused.

We are actively reviewing this internally with our Depots and Haulage Providers to ensure improvements moving forward.

Once again, we extend our sincere apologies, and thank you for raising this.

Need URGENT HELP

Need URGENT HELP

Had sent 2 pallets delivered to wrong address, delivery driver swapped the pallets. NAT3273379 & NAT3273378. Bookings were made through national pallets. Been having to chase for 5 days, no idea where my stock is, when it will be recollected or picked back up. National Pallets refuse to email any updates, keep saying "we will contact haulable and give you an email with an update" Said the same thing 5 days in a row now, I cant get hold of someone for any update. Customer service is useless. I'm at the end of my tether. Totally unacceptable. - Edit 2/12/25 - still no feedback, no response, no news. Disgusting

Regarding this, we have spoken to the depot who have assured us that the goods were labelled with accordance with the handmade labels on the goods. Despite this, we are arranging for the depot to remedy this situation for you as we understand that this could very will be their mistake, once we have the goods back on hand we can check to be sure

Please note that updates and PODs on this have been provided to National Pallets accordingly who are responsible for discussing with you directly

We will confirm a planned collection date for the goods and relay this to National Pallets who will be sure to contact you

no tail lift and no pallet truck!

UPDATE.... the reply (below) asked me to message them directly, which i did, as expected no response! great customer service...

I received a email from the company prior to the driver turning up, it says in that email that " all our trucks are fitting with tail lifts" so the guy turned up in a old transit type van with NO TAIL LIFT but worse still NO PALLET TRUCK of any description!!!!
haha..why bother turning up at all .. come on people sort it out... terrible service

You are correct — we did issue the email referencing tail-lift availability, and we apologise for the incorrect vehicle being dispatched and the additional absence of a pallet truck. This clearly falls short of the standard you and our customers are entitled to expect, and we take full ownership of this.

We understand your frustration and extend our apologies for the inconvenience this has caused. We are addressing this internally to ensure improvements moving forward.

Very nice & Polite Driver however

Very nice & Polite Driver however, he did not come with a tail lift on his vehicle as it is not provided, and, despite promises of notification of collection /delivery none have been received. Disappointing.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration. To clarify, Haulable has not issued any surcharges directly to you — these would have come from the third-party broker through which your booking was made.

In regard to the delivery time, we provided an estimated window of 2–4pm, and the driver arrived at 1:30pm. While this wasn’t fully within the timeframe, the times we provide are always estimates and can vary slightly due to routing or operational factors.

Would not use this company again

Would not use this company again, the most stressful collection with the worst communication.

Awful communication for the collection of our pallet. Despite being given a window of time the driver was late we asked for numerous updates each time we were just told they would need to contact depots before they could come back to us. It seems it is was impossible for them to answer their phones out of the 7 calls made one was picked up. No tracking link provided so completely reliable on emails for updates when the driver was late.

Company sent 2 lorries on the same day…

Company sent 2 lorries on the same day to pick up 2 seperate pallets. First driver rang me saying he didn't want to cross a cattle grid so I put the pallet in my car and took it to him. 2nd driver didn't ring and just turned back. No notification from haulable, nothing on Monday either so I rang. Customer service said the pick up would now be Tuesday and the driver would ring 30 mins before. I put the pallet on my car just in case. No driver no phone call and haulable won't answer the phone. They are however trying to bill me £25 plus vat for a missed collection. Today I had a huge scaffolding lorry get to me without issue. I'm being charged for the driver not being very good. Poor customer service also. In the past I've used them and they were fine. No issues. Something has changed. Pallet is still in my car and it's now Wednesday with no answer or resolution. Poor!
