Absolutely fantastic. Vincent and his team were hugely sympathetic, insightful and in no way pushy. They gave me exactly the help I needed, running me through different options and explaining them along the way. Just brilliant. I was recommended to Vincent by five friends that had used his services previously and would go out of my way to recommend him to anyone who might ask for similar help.

We had a great experience with Vincent, from the beginning, talking through our ideas and designing the dream engagement ring to seeing it completed. Vincent gave us confidence in the security of the diamonds we were using from a valued family heirloom. He was very approachable, friendly and is a master of his craft. We both love the ring and look forward to going back for our wedding bands!
We would have no hesitation in recommending Vincent / Hatton Garden Jewller.

Beautiful custom engagement ring
Was looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend - although had done some research online I didn’t know very much about prices, and felt quite lost wandering around Hatton Garden!
After reading reviews I made an appointment with Vincent,he went through everything with me and I felt a lot more reassured. He was always helpful and didn’t push me towards the most expensive options, but offered recommendations within my budget. The prices were transparent and good value.
After choosing the right diamond and showing him a photo of the design he made a beautiful ring in a very short time frame. It was lovely to have something specially made, my girlfriend was over the moon and everyone has commented on how good it looks. Couldn’t have had a better service, will be coming back for wedding rings and any other jewellery in future. Thanks a lot!

I was so impressed with Vince’s knowledge, dedication and making the jewellery piece in a timely manner. I was so impressed that I will definitely recommend Vince to my colleagues and friends. And I am coming back for one more piece.
