My son ordered a 7 piece knife set as he is going through his college course for hospitality and food prep…..used his well saved money to pay for this himself (£123)…… no updated tracking details… still says ‘awaiting dispatch’ when they should be on their way/here…. Opened a case with NatWest. Fingers crossed they give him his money back!! Stay clear at all costs

Ordered knife sharpener, shipping was via Evri, they couldn't find my address even though it's been there for 400 years and returned the product to the supplier. Then they wouldn't respond to me via email or phone.

In addition my data was compromised by Evri and I had a fraudulent attack via SMS on my credit card, then having to get my card replaced.

Over a month. No delivery. Going to try to claim money back via PayPal.

A complete scam. I tried to order one knife - was charged for two (£104 total). I have received nothing and am not getting any responses from them when I email to ask where they are. Worse than useless crooks.

Ordered knives from this company and after weeks there is no sign of delivery and appalling customer service. Not replying to emails stc. Do not use, SCAM.

Ordered on the 1st Feb. Still "awaiting shipment" (today is the 22nd Feb).

Had one email reply. Now nothing.

Many weeks after ordering and multiple emails I have not received one reply or my order of their sharpener and knife. £80 lost, fortunately my bank the Halifax is now taking this up on my behalf.

Do not use as you will lose your money.

I thought their website looked real and ordered a set of knives. The Epoxy Onyx Damascus 6-piece Damascus Knife set RRP £649.99.

What I was sent by this company isn’t what I ordered. I have emailed and sent photographic evidence and I haven’t even had the courtesy of an acknowledgement.

What I have received is a set of knives that are Sapphire in colour, not Onyx. Plus the knives do not have the Shinrai stamp on the end, which is clearly pictured on the page I ordered from. The knives were also in what looked like used plastic bags.

About the box, they said: “Every knife set is delivered in a luxurious gift box, offering both protection during transit and a delightful unboxing experience. It’s the perfect gift for any cooking enthusiast—or a well-deserved upgrade for your own kitchen”. The box was very low quality - a whole universe away from luxurious - it was badly packaged of of such low protection that it was damaged in transit.

If this is a real company that delivers high quality knives, then I would have expected them to have responded to my messages. They haven’t, so I am left feeling that this is a scam and that I have been sent a return, or a second hand set of knives, that has been stuffed in what ever box came to hand… while they keep my money.

Placed an order for 2 sharpeners on 4/12/24, and immediately cancelled as thought it was a mistake. Emailed them more than 4 times asking for confirmation - absolutely no response.
To add insult to injury, 19th December 1 was delivered (not the 2 ordered) with no documentation to accompany it on both the inside and outside of the parcel.
The box it came in just say rolling knife sharpener with some Chinese wording on a sticker.
Have contacted my credit company to get my money back. Do NOT use this company - their operation does not appear legitimate

I never received my knife sharpener order. After many emails they have stopped responding. Would give this company a wide birth
