The sales representative who looked after us today made our experience. Her name was Uliana. She was very knowledgeable about the products and very friendly but professional.

John and Nathan M arrived exactly at the time promised delivering a new bed. They did a great job making it up and took all the packaging and the old bed away. They were polite and friendly and I’m delighted with the result. Thanks lads!

Ordered online using their 2 hour click and collect service.
After 3 hours without an email saying its ready to collect i tried ringing the store, rang over 5 five times in the course of an hour before someone answered the phone, they promptly transferred me to the wrong department who tried to transfer me back, i said wait wait wait they transferred me to you, they put me on hold for about 10 minutes and then said they would get onto the online people. About an hour later i finally got the email.
Long story short even when you order online for click and collect, you have to phone them in order for them to actually process your order.
If i hadn’t phoned I’d probably still be waiting to this day.

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Also prompt aftercare. Tony Anthony assisted me in choosing the furniture and went beyond the call of duty. The delivery service was done by 2 lads,Brendan and Utmann, who were extremely polite, helpful and friendly. Delivery was within the time frame they gave me too. Overall, I would highly recommend Harvey Norman.

I had a suite delivered on Saturday last from Harvey Norman.
The two delivery guys Paul and Nathan were polite,hardworking and obliging.
The guys called me early on the morning and gave me a two hour window of delivery.
They arrived within that perfect time frame. 10 …. 12 o’clock
I would highly recommend this company

Delivery and installation by Brendan and Dean was fast, efficient and clean.

Mr Biju at furniture section helped us greatly in choosing furniture for our new home, he was very helpful in demonstrating the functions and selecting apt furniture for me and my family
We also visited Electrical section to get an American fridge, but the service was very bad.Felt like we came to another planet, The sales person was found eager to mention what extra charges will be added when we buy it rather than in selling the product, also majority of the products displayed was out of stock.

The sales assistant was very helpful with advising me on all the options for buying a double bed. Great quality Irish made beds in stock. I was very happy with my purchase.

Ordered my furniture last October ish and Harvey Norman kept it in storage for me til I was ready after a number of texts inquiring re delivery to me .
Very impressed with this service as I didn’t have to find a place to store it as our renovation job ran on
Dean and Sean were the 2 young boys that delivered to me and they were really good at assembling the furniture and were careful in my house
They were both super !
Overall impression with everything was 5 star Well done Harvey Norman and it’s employees

Customer Service

Ordered a phone online and paid for it. Then recieved an email to say they were out of stock and they offered a refund. However I was not sure if the email was genuine. So have waisted well over an hour on the phone to them and emailing them and no product. Very poor service. Last thing, I will never order from Harvey Norman. Other providers are not like this.

Excellent speed and efficiency. The communication , ease of contact and collection arrangements were excellent also.

Excellent delivery service. Two lovely young men, Dean and Utmarn delivered furniture this morning. They were very polite and friendly and took great care not to disturb anything when carrying in the furniture. Top marks Harvey Norman!
