Fast and great service

Went to store and met Pratheep and he was absolutely amazing just as professional and helpful as the first time we meet him a few weeks ago when we were getting Two new TVs.He was very helpful, knowledgeable and easy to talk to about the product we wanted to
purchase. Pratheep is a truly brilliant sales person and I will definitely be back when I need another item and I hope Pratheep is in store and not on his day off.Well done Pratheep .🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Superfast delivery, great communication rang before delivery to ensure everything was ok. Delivery guys lifted bed upstairs, I didn't even have to ask. Incredible service. Highly recommend 100%

Had an almost perfect experience in customer service after a Samsung Washing machine began to leak (after a few years).

A little slow to begin with but they got the ball rolling at the same time, too.

Bought online but was delivered via their Drogheda Store.

Drogheda Harvey Norman Funiture are the best, the only issue I had is the sideboard was brown and i
was written grey/black on cartons.Still waiting for the delivery of the sideboard but have the dining table delivered already. Great customer care especially Mr Frank. He’s d best. Thank you

Pratheep in the Drogheda store was brilliant today. I purchased a tv and his customer service and friendliness was excellent. He spent time with me going through the best tv option for me and he made the whole process simple. I was extremely impressed by him today and his knowledge and expertise was clear to see. I would highly recommend Pratheep

It took 6 almost 7 weeks from the day I paid online. The communication was very poor with unanswered queries about the delay. When it did arrive the fridge came with a 2 pin plug!!!!! This added to a not good customer experience. Then when I contacted Harvey Norman they were very understanding but did nothing until I phoned them (which is also not easy to connect with a live person) to date they said they would reinburse the extra cost of hiring an electrician to put a fused three pin UK Irish standard plug ... have received no thing to date hopefully next few days. It just was not an easy friendly or helpful service at any stage.

Let me start with saying that I love Harvey Norman and always enjoyed going there to purchase my IT equipment, big and small. But indeed “enjoyed”, because this week I went to Harvey Norman twice to look for a simple indoor camera and a laptop cover. Both times I was approached by very persistent sales persons. Both times I made it clear that I did not need any help, that I knew what I was looking for, would rather keep looking on my own and would come to them if I needed help. On one occasion the sales persons put a 4 digit code on the price tag of the item I said I would purchase to get him off my back, and act which made me realise the staff work on sales commission. So basically they are told to aggressively harrass customers!!
Both times I wanted to look around a bit longer, on my own, but I simply wasn’t given a chance.
After the second time I experienced this I am now very hesitant to come back to the shop at all, and will rather do my shopping in another store or online (which is usually cheaper as well). It’s a pity that a fantastic shop like Harvey Norman is being ran to the ground by management demanding these kinds of aggressive sales techniques from their staff.
Perhaps my review may change this. Perhaps not. But customers want sales persons to be around when they need them, not having them hovering around you like vultures demanding to know what you’re looking for.

I visited you Drogheda Store on July 27th this year. I wanted to purchase a Fitbit watch for myself. A young girl from your Electrical Department Manny helped me choose the right watch for me. She asked what information I needed the get from the watch, size and colour Id prefer and I was delighted to be asked as I really didn't have a clue where to begin. I really liked the way she engaged with me and wasn't at all pushy. She had great eye contact and she was extremely pleasant. I liked her so much I took out product care because she was so helpful. I will be upgrading my laptop soon and Ill be dealing with Manny. She is a great example of excellent customer service.

To say that Nathan sorted us out for a new TV and a fan for the heat last week, is an understatement! Especially having come from a near by store which left a very sour taste in our mouths from our shopping experience, Nathan to the rescue! He was on it from the moment we walked in and helped us fine our dream products, especially for a very warm bedroom for our toddler! Would recommend advice from Nathan any Time!

Easy to order

Purchased several Bosch appliances from Harvey Norman recently. The installation technician was rushed, unprofessional, and unhelpful—he seemed more focused on leaving quickly than doing the job properly.

To make things worse, the integrated fridge is already faulty, with frost building up on the back wall just days after installation.

Amazing staff Reece and Pradeep at the Drogheda Retail Park gave us excellent service! Respectful,patient and really make you feel welcome everytime.They go beyond customer service and because of them...we will buy again.They deserve a promotion!
