Felt that Davy was knowledgeable about the product that we had bought very helpful but wasn’t pushy on the sale which was great in my book gave me my husband plenty of time to think about what we were purchasing as it was a very big purchase. Thank you.

Bought a 3-seater sofa yesterday lunchtime, delivered and installed in less than 24 hours.
First-class service!

The staff member who lookwd after me 'Gemma' was very knowledgable, took the time to show me different options, nothing seemed to be too much trouble for her. I never felt under presure to buy anything but actually ended up buying more than I intended. I thought there was a good range of furniture, well displayed.

Long story short went out to find a new wardrobe for the child, and ended up going to have a nosey at new settees not to buy to have a look! But he was determined one shop wonder he is, so from Ikea to Harvey Norman’s 😂 went in and we were looking at all the sofas, we wanted a recliner etc, a women called Gemma came over and offered us help which was great to start, Gemma was very well presented and a lovely welcoming smiley face and friendly. She showed us what we where only looking for nothing else which was perfect.
To many people/ show room colleagues show what you don’t want to sell if you get me, so was very happy with that 5 stars to start, then Gemma helped between 2 we liked the most and there pros and cons for use and material for our own personal use that is, and ended up going with 1 that she give more pros to for our liking not everyone!, and to finalise she was absolutely great at helping me pick cushions to suit if I had the money she could have sold the whole store to me, but all that aside she was very helpful in what we were looking for and understanding what we wanted all around 10 stars ✨ if I could, very happy walked out with a 3 and a 2 seater recliner and a bunch of cushion very happy women and man of course thank you very much Gemma from Holywood Belfast. 😃🌸

The delivery men were excellent. So pleasant and so skilled. We couldn’t believe they got the sofa into the room because of the narrow passageway. However they did it - no bother!

We were browsing some furniture when we were joined by a very helpful sales assistant Gemma. She went to great lengths to explain every detail about some extendable dining tables, and led us through the sales floor to show us some wonderful tables and chairs which might suit our needs. Nothing was too much trouble for Gemma, and she even summoned her boss Sandra to help tailor our purchase to make all sides happy. They organised delivery to our home and made sure we got a great deal.
All in all a very pleasant visit to Harvey Norman Hollywood Belfast and we couldn't praise the staff there highly enough. We'll definitely be back and recommend Harvey Norman to our friends and family.

Two most well mannered and helpful delivery men iv ever experienced

We bought our kitchen table and chairs from Harvey Norman in Belfast. Gemma took the time to show us a few different options and explained the delivery process. She was so patient and professional and we're thrilled with the set that we picked in the end.

Competitive prices and wide range of products. Selection made so much easier with expertise of staff to advise on technical and budget points. Many thanks to Stephen (Holywood) in particular for smooth transactions and customer care.

Called back for my third visit to store to get wireless earbuds for the ps5 I purchased earlier. Callum who served me before was on duty which was nice and he popped over remembering me from before and was very helpful checking if buds still in stock and mentioned price reduction. He is very helpful again and was able to link the purchase to my existing record. There was plenty of staff on the floor which was nice to see after Xmas when sale on. Store was tidy and well stocked. Chloe chatted while Callum was away and was very welcoming asking about Xmas and my other purchases.

Great set of lads. Very friendly, respected our property and arrived on time 👍
