Our 500 thread count collection is crafted from long-staple, single-ply Egyptian cotton and is designed to become even softer with use and washing, but we understand that it did not provide the experience you were looking for.

We're also sorry that you were disappointed with the time it took to resolve your enquiry. We always aim to provide prompt, attentive service and regret that, on this occasion, we fell short of the high standards we set ourselves. Our satisfaction guarantee is intended to allow customers to experience our bedding in their own home, and we were pleased to honour your return request under that guarantee. The £5 return fee is our standard charge, as outlined in our returns policy, and is applied to all returns.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are truly sorry to learn that you were disappointed with your experience.

We would like to clarify that when your return was received and inspected by our warehouse team, the bedding was found not to be in a condition that met the requirements of our return policy. There was clear physical evidence that the sheets had been used, and we provided photographs to demonstrate this at the time.

Had the bedding been returned unused and in its original condition, we would have been delighted to process the return for you without issue. Our decision was based entirely on the condition of the items upon receipt and was made in accordance with the terms of our trial and returns policy.

We completely understand that colour can be difficult to assess online and appreciate that the shade was not quite what you had expected for your daughter’s room. While we regret that we were unable to accept this particular return, we hope you can appreciate that our policies are applied consistently and fairly to all customers.
