Cancelled my order without reason and issued a refund. Zero correspondence regarding the matter, despite numerous attempts to contact them

Very reliable service. Beela saved the day when I forgot to write my hamper message to my friend she added it for me after I’d placed my order. Can not fault this company and would recommend five stars all the way.

Website very confusing and customer services is non existent.

I ordered the chocolate coins, then received an email stating I had cancelled the order which I definitely didn’t, tried to phone and sent and email stating I hadn’t cancelled no reply from either. No money was taken.

Big red flag, not good value. Save your money shop around for a better deal.

Amazing fast service

Purchased 1,000 Santa coins for £114.95. Hamper Moments then rejected the payment without any notification or explanation. As a result, I immediately placed another order for the same Santa coins and the company had deliberately increased the price to £149.95 !!! Messaged the company for an explanation and no response as it’s quite clear what they have done. Reported to trading standards who have now taken on my case to investigate the working standards of this company - AVOID at all costs !!!!

Great taste, nice mix of sweets even got a freebie of sweets which was kind of them to give, would consider ordering again.

I wouldn't order from this company ever again , the communication is awful I emailed twice in regards to my order to no response, I specified I needed these sweets for an important order that was due on a specific date , they didnt arrive untill today 3 weeks later , I no longer even need these now as I had to order from somewhere else and have paid out double what I needed too , delivery time frame was i correct as waiting 3 weeks for an order is not acceptable with no correspondence or an apology that it was being delayed either, overall disgraceful customer service . Will be returning my product i no longer need as it will now go to waste !!

They accept the order but not delivered it this is a totally fake website. They are not even respond on mail, chat, whatsapp or a call. Beware of this.

Ordered kitkat box on 1st April for birthday gift. Still hasn't arrived by 13th (today). Have contacted HamperMoments twice by email to check on order status, and as yet, have had no reply. I have had to settle payment, but feel frustrated at lack of communication.

Placed an order with this company via Etsy. Later, my order was cancelled by seller stating goods where out of stock. I did reply to her message why is she still advertising the said goods for sale on Etsy. I did not get a reply. She is also advertising on her website and Ebay. Very dodgy and considering the feed back here and on Etsy, I would definitely recommend you stay away.

Nicely packed perhaps a window in the top of box would be nice, informed of delivery and on time

Fast service arrived in few days not opens yet as a gift for someone

I thought I was buying a hamper as shown on website not kit kats in a extremely tiny basic cardboard box!!! You need to stop putting lovely hampers next to prices of a tiny box of kit kat’s with a basic hand stamp on it!!
The most expensive kit kat’s I have ever bought. I could have bought kit kat’s and put quarter of sheet of tissue paper around them and put in a box and not paid an extortionate price for it.
