That I was given a reasonable out come to a purchase that originally had a freight cost of $500 but when I went to the purchase of the order I was increased by $1500 for freight.

Great Company to deal with
Great Company to deal with. Everything arrived promptly and even when there was a small issue with damage on one item ordered, their customer service was fantastic. Definitely will be my go to for my home gym equipment and will be recommending to all my famliy and friends.

Excellent customer service
Ordered a Safety Squat Bar and it was dispatched the same day. Made it to Perth from Melbourne promptly but then was stuck at the depot in Perth for a while (due to the current road freight backlog).
Received the package with the handle attachments about two weeks from order, but not the bar. Reached out to Gym Plus and they responded promptly with an update on the situation. Bar was delivered the next day.
Haven't used the bar yet but the quality of the finish is very nice.
