I needed an invoice printed (before I had received my dumbells) and Harry was very helpful and got it to me super quick. He also let me know when I could expect to have the dumbells come in, and called me to let me know they were ready for pick up. Thanks for the great service!

The equipment itself is actually really good. I was disappointed in the service this time....having to chase up several times regarding an order that was overdue as the team didn't get back to me when they said they would.

Back buying again - quick pay and deliver process

I went to Gymquip in Fyshwick, Canberra, at about 9.15am yesterday (Boxing Day) to pay for & collect a Body-Solid G2B Gym in my trailer. The young man who served me was indifferent and abrubt, to the point of being rude. I'd just spent $2,400 and he couldn't wait to get rid of me. If I could give him minus 5 stars, I would. He obviously needs some customer service training beyond simply taking people's money.

Wonderful customer service, and great products. One of the items I purchased (chalk bag$ was going to have a slight delay getting out to me, but they gave me a phonecall and had great response time to email questions.

Products are of good quality and were delivered promptly in well-wrapped boxes.

I had an amazing experience with GymQuip Canberra. Dan & Sam went above and beyond to help me with a last-minute request for an event I was running. Their responsiveness and professionalism made a huge difference, and everything was handled quickly and efficiently. I’m truly grateful for their outstanding service and support, I couldn’t have pulled it off without them. Highly recommend!

I ordered on the web with item's colour specified. I didn't really care about colour. But a prompt call on my mobile told me my choice was unavailable, and gave me new choices. Items arrived in good time.

The in-store team were great, able to help, able to answer questions.
We were directed to the website to make the purchase request, however, the website did not have the option offered in-store to have the item delivered and installed.
The delivery and installation could improve on their offering by confirming the delivery date (one day before) and to confirm on the day a likely delivery time. The was NO communication from the delivery team.

Great communication, well priced and the set up guys were very polite and even tested the equipment before they left which i appreciated.

Got an AWESOME deal on Body Solid G2B gym set. Also threw in the heavier weight stack. It's brilliant and i'm packing the muscle on! Great place to shop for home gym sets and other fitness products.

I purchased a voucher and requested it to be mailed to me. I got a call from gym Quip offering to drop the voucher off to me at close of business as he lived in the neighbourhood. What service!!!
