Excellent service
The service from both staff members I dealt with was above and beyond from the start. They provided an additional discount and were happy to arrange for me to pick the air bike up from the warehouse at no cost. The air bike is great quality for the price, haven’t seen anything close elsewhere. Will happily buy from them in future.

Resolved in a timely manner
After waiting close to a month to receive my order, Gym and Fitness honored their word about resolving the issue and had it dispatched within 24-48 hours. I acknowledge that sometimes things don't go as smoothly and I am happy that we got there in the end. I appreciate the customer service follow up by Valerie :)
