I have previously purchased this specific storage rack before. And so needing additional storage but with a compact footprint, this made more sense than another ForceUSA storage rack. The differences between this and the other is that the other has wheels, so mobility is significantly easier.
However storage is limited and uses pegs to create a space to either hang or mount attachments. Whereas this specific storage rack with shelving and a basket plus several bars to cater to your heart's content.
Assembly ideally needs two people but if you have the patience, you can potentially do it yourself.

Email or text updates on orders that become delayed would be great. If something is on back order and becomes delayed longer than the initial expected date you should inform the buyer not leave it up to the buyer to contact you wondering what is going on.

Great Retailer from Comms to Delivery
I had a great experience with Gym and Fitness. First and primarily, the gear is of excellent quality. I got quite a lot to start building a home gym. I've been using it now for 9 months and everything's holding up well. Secondly, delivery was easy and where there was one wrong product sent to me, exchange was so easy and all arranged on their end. It was of little inconvenience to me. Comms were easy and I'm continually surfing their site for my wish list. I'll definitely order again from them.

Unopened but great so far
To be honest still waiting for the whole gym set up so bench is in the box. Will come back if once opened it turns out bad but unlikely. Delivery etc was great so expecting same from the product.
