Before I started playing I made sure I was accepted and verified, meaning my Dutch Documents were approved by there verification department. Verified means allowed to Loose! Yes Loose,

By the Time I finally won, they reviewed everything again, making sure to seek the rules and regulations of their own Terms and Conditions.

Absolutely disgusting company

They sent me unsolicited text messages to my UK registered mobile phone

Allowed me to sign up to their website with UK in the dropdown box and enter a UK address

They were more than happy for me to make 8 deposits from a UK bank account over a month

Last night whilst playing a game crashed and when I refreshed the page my 8 euro win had not been credited, the stake had been reset to 20p from 40p and the spin never resumed so whilst looking how to contact them I spotted something worrying it says the UK is on a banned list of countries from playing with them

when I quired this and said if this is the case then I want my money back as I had no chance of ever taking a penny of it back

They replied Hope this email finds you well

We do not advertise or promote anywhere that we accept players from the UK (if this is the case why is the UK an option in the drop down list? it could easily be removed)

The terms of use are clearly written and accepted by you; unfortunately, we cannot influence your decisions. (WTH has time to read streams of terms on every site?)

Furthermore, we do not state anywhere on our website that we accept players from the UK. This should have been evident from the fact that the currency used on our site is Euro.

A refund on played funds is not an option. I'm sure you understand this. (I 100% do not accept this)

Additionally, I've taken the initiative to ban your account and blacklist your email address, as well as the credit/debit card used for deposits, to prevent any further discrepancies. (Great so they have now cut off any way I can contact them)

No its not OK and I have reported them to my bank in the hope of getting some of it back

I agree with other reviewers that the games on here play different, it seems impossible to get a bonus and then when it comes after an hour or longer you win a few pence. I tried my first ever bonus buy at the cost of £60 and got back £45, I then did another and got back a pathetic £3 from a £60 play, a third and final 1 gave me back £5 to say I was furious is an understatement. Later on I did a £20 bonus buy and got a profit of wait for it 30p what a joke. The base game gives you a few pence if you are lucky and it eats through your balance in no time

The bonuses they offer are a joke too, I accepted it for my first 2 deposits but it became clear early on that having to wager so much the chance of you ever taking anything out was next to zero unless you had a substantial win of hundreds in the first hour or so - going forward I clicked no to any bonuses so they could not get me with some terms like you have not completed this bonus so you can't withdraw a penny

Reading other reviews the shady practices of allowing you to bet more than 2 euro on a spin with a bonus and not allowing certain slots to be used on the bonus but allowing you to play those slots with a bonus shows how crooked they really are - just like allowing us to sign up from banned countries when it would be very easy to grey out banned countries in the list or oh I don't know not have banned countries in the list to register in in the first place

Absolutely disgusting they have confiscated £3200 winnings saying I played sports bets with a bonus when I didn’t even request a bonus.

Upon checking even the bonus says that the wagering requirement had been completed and has checked off as complete.

Biggest scam ever, joined with all my details deposit 100, didn't ask for bonus but go it anyway, Started playing live casino roulette after about 30 minutes I had a balance of €3700 went to with draw then I noticed it was in bonus funds had to play x5 through..So any 2 hours later had played the required amount still had balance of €3200. So went to withdraw, so far all good. A day later got a email requesting identification normal stuff sent it in they verified my account...2 days later some manager emails me saying that the bonus could not be used in live casino had to be used on slots. So they confiscated all of it. But put my original deposit back.. I'd had enough by then so requested a withdrawal of it all they declined it saying I had to play it all once. Never mind the 3 hours I had played...So I had a good read of there T&Cs it turns out people from the UK are not even allowed to use the site..So they checked all my British id Know body said anything... Avoid at all costs

Refunded me for a transaction that went through a shady company and used the wrong merchant code for casinos.

I am going to have to leave a complaint and review about your casino. I just deposited£50 it made me deposit it twice so was a total of £100 then I tried to withdraw it as it was a mistake however, it wouldn't let me withdraw due to being "bonus" so I cancelled my bonus and lost £100 just like that. No way of getting to back or anything absolutely shameful.
