I bought a Taylor 414ce acoustic guitar from Guitar Village, and I e-mailed my questions to Richard after my purchase for some of my concerns, he was super helpful. Even though there was a little problem with the delivery it wasn't the company's mistake and even after that Richard was really helpful and wanted to know if everything went fine. I am really happy with my guitar, thank you Richard!

Great buying experience.
Tried out my dream guitar, and bought it online shortly afterwards, the guitar village team went above and beyond to get my instrument to me in astonishing time. My guitar was delivered to me in well under 24 hours, the team were very helpful and gracious, would recommend and buy again.

Cannot recommend Guitar Village enough. Pre-ordered the Epiphone DG-335 Dave Grohl signature guitar back in March and the team kept me updated over the following months. When the guitar arrived in store, I got both a phone call and an email to say that the guitar was there and it would be shipping out to me later that day. When the guitar arrived at my house, it was packaged excellently, double boxed with plenty of padding.

I should also note that the guitar had been thoroughly checked by the team before shipping to me, which really put my mind at ease as there had been a few reported manufacturing issues with this model. It arrived in perfect condition, and I'm so excited to play it.

I want to mention Richard in particular for keeping me updated and being a pleasure to deal with. 10/10, would use again. Thank you!

Purchased an Eastman SB55/V from Guitar Village, a great guitar for sure. I would like to thank Richard for his help in choosing the one best suitable to my specific requirements. The guitar was received the next day very well packaged. Also thanks to Derek who runs a great guitar store.

'Great' is an adjective I tend to reserve for momentous events, major achievements or profound insights. However, my purchase of the R6M was entirely touble free, and it was good to be able to talk to someone on the phone (which was answered immediately).

When spending circa £1k on-line, you need confidence that what you are getting is a quality product, and Guitar Village certainly gave me that.....oh, and the guitar is great!!

First class experience purchasing a electric guitar from Guitar Village. Responded quickly a fairly to a request to price match. Guitar was checked and setup perfectly prior to dispatch, and received next day. Guitar well packed and in perfect condition. Will be a repeat customer.

Prompt next day delivery. I bought a used fender 60th anniversary Telecaster which was rated EC but although the original case was a bit scuffed up the guitar itself looked in mint condition. The set up was perfect for me and I like that the weight of the instrument was shown online. I was looking for a lightweight tele and this was only 5.9 lbs. I highly recommend Guitar Village if buying higher end instruments.

I bought a new amp online but unfortunately it had an issue. Within an hour of emailing about the issue one of the staff / management had phoned me back to discuss it. I subsequently decided to send it back and swap it for a different model and I was contacted by phone again very promptly to tell me the process. The collection was arranged the very next day, and by the following day the new amp was already on its way. The staff I spoke with on the phone were very friendly and professional. THIS is what good customer service is about. Thank you. You have earned a new long term customer, but unfortunately I'm a bit skint right now :)
