Only one phone call and I am already at ease, after a week of tears and stress I made the decision to get some help with my debts, I spoke with Becky and she was lovely! Understandable and friendly, waiting for a phone call back this afternoon to sort the rest out. Would definitely recommend, like I said first phone call and I feel better already.

So efficient and helpful. Used them after a marriage breakdown in 2008. All paid off. Became ill during 2018 and back to the guys I trust. Ive already paid half my debt off. Please consider using these highly professional people. They provide protection against creditor action as well (as much as they possibly can.)

I was in big, big trouble after a relationship breakdown. I've been with Gregory Pennington for around 3 years now and I'm a month away from completing a repayment plan that was, at the start well into 5 figures. I'm absolutely beside myself that I'm about to have complete control of my life again and it's all down to the wonderful people at G P in creating a plan that I can work with. If anyone reading this is in trouble and is scared, please, give these people a call. It will change your life massively for the better.

Only been with them a few months and so far so good. The only criticism I have is the communication and the not so friendly user website for members. I have emails sent by debtors and find it hard to upload these to the site.

I didnt know what to do or were to turn, until i come across Gregory Pennington, the person dealing with my debt was a lovely person called Ethan, i can honestly say he was 100% understanding and talked me through all my options ( thanks Ethan) today i have 1 simple payment going out each month and no one chasing me any more. a friend recommended Gregory Pennington to me after my debts mounted up after a relationship breakdown. i took the step and contacted them. i spoke to an advisor called Mike Pritchard who was so helpful and empathetic. within an hour he took all my worries away. he gave me my life back after i was so close to taking it due to the stress and anxiety of debts that had been left for me to pay. a payment plan was set up that i could afford. i didn't have to do anything it was all done for me. if i am unsure of anything i am put at ease after a phone call. i cant thank the company enough i highly recommend them. thank you Gregory Pennington

Over the last 12 months, I have been becoming more and more concerned about my situation, after several weeks of having the confidence to get in touch with G.P, I can honestly say I made the right decision. The one person who’s been dealing with me is James Dawson, he has been so helpful, during the initial set up and the last few weeks, I have felt a lot more my old self. So if you’re ever thinking about making the call, then do it, trust me you will feel better.

Lots of information and they keep you informed throughout. The set up process is straightforward and easy to understand, friendly and helpful staff. Every time a payment is paid out to a creditor you are informed. Highly recommend if you are looking for help with debt👍

I only started my plan in June but so far so good.
Once I plucked up the courage to ring I was so glad I did. After a lengthy supporting phone call my plan was arranged and now I can sleep at night knowing there is light at the end of the tunnel. It may take time but I know I’ll get there.
Every step of my plan was explained fully in plain English, no jargon, no hidden small print, so easy.
I’ve never once been made to feel silly for getting myself into trouble and from what I’ve read I’m know I’m not alone, it can happen very easily to absolutely anyone.
If I have any worries or questions I drop an email , usually receiving an answer within the day.
If you’re looking for help pick up the phone, there’s nothing to lose .
The only negative I would say is I wish I’d done it sooner !!

Gregory Pennington are simply appalling.
Its far from debt management and more we sant our fee we want our fee.
They basically send a letter to your creditors and then they charge you £90 per month to send a payment out.
God forbid you need help expect a 6 week wait which is common and they wont even look at a letter from your creditors for a number of weeks.
They appear to be buying the competitors so you have no option but to use them DONT.
Go to STEPCHANGE as the service here is disgusting.

Found them online and have been using them for 6 months now. Don't put it off, make a call and get it sorted. I definitely feel a lot less stressed and that is thanks to the friendly service that GP offer.

Yes, there are free services available, can't say I've tried them but as of yet, I have no issues in paying for the service I have received.

My only negative is the automatic communication. It isn't accurate to what has been discussed with an advisor and causes unnecessary stress. Needs to be fixed

I got myself into 5k worth of debt and found these guys online. They were helpful from the start and upfront about their fees. Anyone who says its a con is stupid because everyone needs paying and its not a free service.
Overall very happy. 4 stars instead of 5 as i am still using them.

I would give 5 stars but I'm still using them so can't give a completed review as I have not repaid my debt yet so can't comment on the full process. HOWEVER, from what I have seen and dealt with, they have been great. Between myself and my partner we have 5 credit cards totalling over £17k in debt. I had no idea how we was going to repay it and each month we would pay the minimum payment and then live off the credit card because we were short for bills. I found Gregory Pennington online and had no real intension of getting in touch because I didn't want to face the embarrassment of talking to someone about my situation. Anyway, they called and I ignored it. Thankfully though, they advised they would call one more time and I plucked up the courage to answer. I didn't know what to expect or of they were even going to be able to help but after a long and supportive phonecall they had put me on a debit management plan that reduced my payments by £300 a month, meaning I could finally stop using the card to live and start paying it back! They gave me lots of different options and advised which one would suit my needs/situation best. Now...i don't lay awake at night worrying about my debt. They are also just a text away should I have a question or need support. If you are in debt, I get it, its hard to open up to people but this company really had changed my life!
