Phoned for a quote and was told a one time quote for the cheapest price - however this was only available once and felt pressured to accept it. Ended up going elsewhere for a cheaper quote - cancellation fee of £100 rubbing salt in the wound. Only redeeming factor is that they responded quickly but I won't get my refund for another month.

Just renewed for 3rd year with Greenlight. Can’t fault them. Cheapest quote which has beaten previous years price again too. Quick and easy to contact - no sitting in a queue for an hour and all staff really friendly and helpful. All modifications added to your policy at no additional charge and they don’t charge to make changes to details on the policy like every other insurer does. Perfect if you’re slowly converting your van. Thank you all.
