Absolutely incredible customer service from the team at Greenlight. I am a new modified vehicle owner and had no idea most insurances companies wouldn’t offer me a policy (especially at such a great price). However, the team were so helpful on the phones, answered all of my questions and went above and beyond to find me an amazing quote! I have spoken with Charlie and Adam who have both been super patient with me and showed extreme professionalism throughout my calls. I will be recommending Greenlight to my friends and family and look forward to renewing my policy next year.

Unlike Lawrence, (who only leaves negative reviews incidentally) I had an outstanding experience, with both Charlie and Greenlight insurance itself - I think the other person whom I spoke to was called Adam, maybe Andy.

Charlie was professional and informative. The whole process was smooth and I doubt I will go to a different insurance provider in the foreseeable future.

Renewed again on my Focus ST for the 3rd time. Quick and easy without any hassle. Spoke to Charlie again who I’ve always dealt with and he sorted me out. Speak again next year!!

Once they've got your money, that's it. You'll be treated with disrespect and argumentative behaviour if you want to change or cancel your policy at the renewal, I made the mistake of making a payment for my policy then requesting a change. After being told of the increase in premium I requested to cancel at my renewal, but because I've paid they're taking £95 pound out of my full payment to them. Then Charlie became argumentative and extremely rude. They won't help me with my claim that's completed but still marked as outstanding, I need to spend days being pushed from pillar to post to give up, absolute shambles. Avoid this company. Bad service and business morals.
Charged me a cancellation fee even though they won't insure my new vehicle.

I spoke with Will about my information and he had a good brief conversation with me about the car I own, made it feel very welcoming. Sorted it all out with a incredible quote (for me it was a good quote), gave me all the info I needed to know about the insurance company an the excess' etc. All round amazing.

Very Happy with the cover especially the fact that adding modifications is free as long as the power doesnt increase a great deal.

My policey end in 5 days and still not received a renewal quote,

I have been with greenlight for almost 4 years and i have had no issues unitl now.

i have rang multiply times this week and seem to get fobbed off with we are waiting on my quote.

This is good when you are trying to organise something i legal have to have.

Phoned for a quote and was told a one time quote for the cheapest price - however this was only available once and felt pressured to accept it. Ended up going elsewhere for a cheaper quote - cancellation fee of £100 rubbing salt in the wound. Only redeeming factor is that they responded quickly but I won't get my refund for another month.
