I made an error when arranging our holiday and booked for the wrong dates.
Both or the telephone help team members that I spoke too were very helpful and changed the dates of our holiday, without any fuss.

DO NOT TRAVEL WITH GREAT RAIL JOURNEYS
I went to Japan with your company and was treated aggressively and appallingly by the local guide which ruined my and my friend's holiday . He shouted at us and we were unable to benefit from his services considering that it was also the British guide's first visit to Japan and she knew nothing / we could only benefit from the local guide's knowledge. When we complained your company did nothing ABSOLUTELEY NOTHING to remedy the situation. Your customer care has been almost non existent. I will never ever travel with your company again and I am telling everyone in my networks not to travel with you . I am proud that I persuaded about 6 people not to travel with you and I will continue to tell everyone what your company is really like when it comes to resolving issues

I like to actually speak to a person when I book a holiday. I spoke with Simon who was very friendly and professional. He answered all my questions. Nothing was too much trouble. I booked my holiday with easy and confidence. We have not travelled with Great Railway Journeys so we are certainly looking forward to it.
