Excellent Customer Service & Support! Great Golf Memories is a terrific shop, with an excellent selection of golf related items. I was looking for a retirement gift for a customer, and order the Divot Tool/Ball Marker set. I didn't realize the difference in the script for 'Monogram' vs. 'Initials'. When the set arrived, my managers were not pleased with how the monogram looked, so I emailed Connor to see if there was any way I could reorder and get it quickly to meet our deadline. I had the re-do in 3 days, and they did it for free! WOW! I was amazed at how well they took care of me - even when it was my fault that things weren't quite right. I will definitely order from Great Golf Memories again when the need arises. Thank you for the terrific service!

I ordered a hole-in-one shadow box as a father's day gift. On the website, there an order-by date posted for guaranteed delivery by father's day. I intentionally placed my order several days before the order-by date to make sure the delivery happened in time. Despite this, they blew the delivery and it didn't arrive until after father's day.
I emailed customer service with my complaint about the blown delivery. They did not even bother to respond.

Item still has not arrived
I ordered a personalized golf divot and ball marker as a gift and specified the date I needed the item for in advance. I received an e mail saying they would need to charge me additional for shipping to get the item here on time . It has been two weeks now and the item is still not here even after paying money to have it express shipped. It did not arrive in time for the occasion and I am very dissapointed.

Best Father's Day Gift EVER!!
I ordered a hole in one plaque as well as a bag tag and ball marker for my dad for Father's Day. I tried to be sneaky and get the stats of the hole from him without him knowing why so I ordered the plaque & 10 minutes later he told me a different number for the yards! I quickly called them and got great customer service and they changed the number right away. And then 5 minutes later, I realize I was right the first time so I called back again and they happily changed it back.
I paid extra for them to print and mount his photo on the plaque and I'm so glad I did - it turned out amazing! My dad loved it so much he cried when he saw it!
Thanks so much for helping me get my dad the best Father's Day gift ever!
