I left a message and Arthur called in a couple days and spent 45 mins helping understand which ball would be better and gave me a store credit! Totally impressive. Now this is my shop for life.

This is a really upstanding business. I had someone charge my card for $250+ bowling gear fraudulently. I contacted Bowlersmart and they took care of it right away. Kind and honest people.
Cheap Customer Service, Phone Number goes straight to voicemail
I ordered a ball on a Tueday, in hopes that it gets to me before Saturday (I live in Florida and their main store is in Florida as well). My order included express delivery.
However, it did not leave the warehouse till Friday (Today). The ball I ordered was in stock, and the label was created the same day I ordered.
I contacted Customer Service, and the Rep (Sierra) assured me that it would leave the warehouse Thursday (Yesterday). Turns out it just left the warehouse today. So chances are Im going to be getting it late tomorrow or possibly Monday.
I was a first time buyer for this shop, and this is certainly the final time I buy something from them. Just an overall terrible experience.
The WORST customer service…
I purchased some Dexter bowling shoes in May 2025 and by October 2025 the were falling apart. I request a refund which was approved by the vendor in November 2025 and BowlersMart said that they were going to refund my money back to the original payment method which was my PayPal acct. It's now the end of December 2025 and I have yet to receive my refund. I have contacted them by phone and email and now I get NO response. You can never get anyone on the phone just leave a voicemail and they reply by email. On top of not giving me back my money for damage shoes it is the worst customer service I have ever received. I have given them ample time to issue the refund but when I submit another email the response is always please do not submit additional tickets regarding the same issue. How long does it take to get a refund. One of my friends purchased the same shoes at the same time from a different vendor. She had the same issue and was credited back her money right away.
Poor customer service
Poor customer service. The 800 number mailbox is full. I sent an email regarding Order #100743296. I order two pairs of shoes and only received one pair and can't get a hold of anyone to send the second pair of shoes or refund my money. Not happy!!!

Unfortunately the performance mystery ball I received cost virtually the same to buy in the Bowlersmart shop as what I paid for the performance mystery box. I would have thought the more expensive mystery box I purchased would include a ball worth a fair bit more than what the box is sold for. Yes it's a mystery, but it's not exciting when you realise the ball you were sent costs all but the same price as if I consciously chose it directly in your shop. I really don't feel like I got a good deal and in fact feel the opposite.
The mystery apparel box was a bit better, however I got 2 bowling tops and a t-shirt, with one of the bowling tops saying 'I love (heart) Topography'!! Yes it's talking about lane topography, but it's not really a branded bowling top and isn't something I can wear bowling so another complete waste of money.”
On a positive they were very responsive and helpful when my parcel appeared to go missing before FedEx found and delivered it.
Outstanding company to deal with!
Great website for easy selection. Ordering from USA website for delivery to Australia & worried it could all go horribly wrong. Excellent communication & very efficient. The order was processed quickly & it arrived at my home in a total of 4 days. Outstanding customer service & follow up. Would be happy to recommend this company to anyone.
I would just buy from Amazon next time
I would just buy from Amazon next time. I may have saved $10, buy buying with BowlersMart, however, I would have had my ball 5 days earlier if I would have just bought on Amazon.
Quality Shoes & Fast Shipping
I bought a pair of the 3G Cloud Kicks sometime last week because there was a sale. I ordered some time last week from this review and It got here earlier than expected! The overall quality of the shoe is fantastic, very light on the feet, and the overall shoe itself is really slick and clean.
Dishonest company kept my money
I ordered 3 pair of shoes and immediately wanted to cancel when I realized I could rent them for free at the bowling alley. There’s wasn’t an option to cancel. I waited for the shipment and when I got it , I looked to see there were 3 pairs of shoes, never even took them out of the box and requested a return label . I sent them back in the same box they were sent to me in and they only gave me credit for 2 pairs of shoes. I would’ve kept the damn pair of shoes if I had known this was going to happen.

I have called and could not get a hold of a person to discuss the issue. Also I tried to change the prompt from return to exchange and the system would not allow me to do so. It would be helpful if a person was to answer the phone calls and help with these issues.

I ordered a pair of shoes for a gift. My husband didn't like them, so I initiated a return. However, I have been unable to print a shipping label for the return, and I have emailed and called several times to no avail. All I want is the label so I can return the shoes and order the correct pair.

It was really easy to add things and purchase it. Shipping is the best shipping experience across any company in the world! I'm in a US territory (Guam) and it takes upwards of 2 weeks for something to ship here, BowlersMart delivers within 7 days. I will keep buying my bowling equipment from here.

I thought it was great until I realized…there is no way to contact customer service for help
I thought it was great until I realized I had entered an incorrect delivery address. I tried calling the phone number on the website (800-279-2695) and got a number out of service recording the first three times. In the mean time I tried the "Chat with Us" link, which only takes a person to a contact screen that projects a response time of 24-48 hours - the product is to be delivered in 2 days. How is one to communicate with your company? Now I will have to pay postage from my home in Florida to my grandson in Colorado on a product that has free shipping. I realize the error was mine, but being able to reach someone at BowlersMart would have solved the problem

Bowling is my passion
Every weekends I play bowling with my friend and we hang out together and share how do we spend the previous week. It's kinda funny and actually I have never imagined earlier that I would play bowling. Anyway, for a good bowling, you have to acquire a special uniform, like accessories, shoes, sometimes people even by their own balls, but these are professional ones. This service is my savior all the time I require something for bowling and moreover I told my friends about this service, they also order here some things. What can I say... Awesome service, fast delivery and low prices, that's all I guess.
