Very poor.
I left a review for this company but it has somehow disappeared. I purchased a V2 that came with damage, a good enough product but the customer service and arrogance was pretty poor. What annoyed me the most was purchasing their BBQ cover which was supposed to be good quality but disintegrated within 6 months. I see they have now changed their name to Kamma Gear - beware !

What an excellent product
What an excellent product, never before seen anything as well packaged.
I was a little disappointed in the customer service department, not great communication, but I suppose it’s there busiest time of year.

Quick delivery. Well made heavy bbq and holds temp brilliantly. Quite easy to set up temps for cooks and hold it there. Looks good as well in the carbon black with acacia stand!

Visited Grden HQ and Christian was really helpful, explaining all the features of the V2, so ordered a V2, stand and accesories there and then. Delivered today, now fully assembled and absolutely delighted with the V2, accessories etc and the fantastic customer service. Can't wait to get cooking !
