It was not clear which items they sell directly and which ones they act as an agent for, especially since those are shipped separately.

The service for the items stocked by BBQ-BITS was excellent. I received notifications about shipping and delivery throughout. However, I also purchased charcoal, and that was the opposite experience. I received no notifications, it was marked as delivered when it had not been, and it arrived while we were out. I then got a text from the driver saying it had been left hidden, but it was actually left in plain sight on the doorstep.

The order was delivered promptly and I was very happy with the product. Unfortunately, no instructions were included with the item and I had to search online to find out how to use it.

Great products at great prices. Speedy delivery. Will be purchasing more bits as my new BBQ obsession grows.

Really very helpful and understanding. I asked to return an order (my error) over the holidays and I was a bit rude using the chat tool on the website (thinking it was AI). Despite my message, they were extremely helpful, a courier collected the parcel the next day and received at their warehouse 24 hours after that with a replacement on the way.
Can’t argue with that for customer satisfaction or PR.

Ordered a pizza oven, there was a slight delay with the anticipated delivery date, I was e-mailed immediately and kept fully informed. First class customer service.

The product reached me in just two days, which was impressive. Although I didn't receive a prior notification about the delivery, everything went smoothly, so no complaints there. Simply measuring the cooking surface diameter doesn't fully capture its majesty—this thing is incredibly large and heavy, so assistance is a must. Hopefully, you won’t need to haul it up to a third-floor balcony as I did.The sellers were excellent, with clear communication and a seamless purchasing experience.

My bank made me question whether BBQ-BITS was a genuine site or a scam. So I emailed them and have to say the gentleman Matt put me right at ease with a rapid response. Gave me all the relevant information I required about BBQ BITS and kept me totally updated rewarding delivery. I received an email about 1 week before advising me of the delivery date and it arrived as he had stated. Totally happy with the product and service
