Evil Disgusting Rude Company
Evil Disgusting Company, did not help us one bit when contacting the Police or offer a refund/apolgys due to an Attempted Kidnapping in Rio De Janeiro due to a lack of information from them on the pick up vehicle for Carnival in March 2019. A local took advantage of our confusion and claimed he was sent from the company and by viator to pick us up, this resulted in me losing £70 worths of local currency having to negotiate my self out a very serious and scary situation. My suggestion to those reading this is to not book with grayline brazil or viator as they do not care at all if you get put in danger, they won't tell you what the pick up vehicle is. They employ customer service that have no empathy, are rude and have idea what they are doing, which can lead to real life danger for tourists.
