Perfect Picanto!
I have been a Kia Picanto owner for 14+ years and when it came to getting a new car, I knew it had to be another Kia!
Over several weeks I browsed the website and finally decided to get the process started by completing the very easy valuation form. The follow up response emails from Josh were great and I sent over a few details of what I was looking for and we arrange for me to visit the showroom.
On arrival Josh had already sourced a selection of potential 2-3 year Picanto's across the wider Gravells dealerships - everything I had asked for, even down to the specific colour! Josh's focus and attention to detail was spot on - making me feel heard and understood. We looked at Picanto on site in Swansea, had a test drive - all perfect! Within 45mins I had paid a deposit and had arranged to collect my new (to me) car!
Josh made the whole process (from start to finish) perfect and easy. His attention to detail, his easy going manner, friendly personality - all making expectational customer service! And he has been in touch after the purchase to make sure I am happy with everything. Thank you Josh!

Poor service
We found a car on Cazoo that was being sold via this dealership, we are from Scotland and this branch is in Wales. We got the car delivered via a transporter arranged by them. We were in communications with Steven, who prior to the transaction couldn’t be anymore helpful. We asked for photos of the car as we were buying it from afar and those photos were well received, expecting a pretty clean car for a car of its age (5 years), or so we thought. Once the car arrived up to us, ourselves and even the delivery driver, noticed the scuffs on alloys and one of the rear lights also had deep (not surface level) scratches. We weren’t informed of any of this, nor did we receive photos. I brought this to the attention of the dealership who in our opinion really could not care less. Once they had received the money for the car, they wipe their hands clean of you and it’s a rarity you even get a response. Sold as seen, in this instance, was through photos and we felt as though we were lied to about the condition of the car.
Poor service after sale, would not buy from them if you’re choosing from an online site.

Hi I just wanted to pass my thanks to the salesman andy at the Bridgend gravels branch I have just this week collected my new sportage gt line s which is now my 3rd vehicle I have had via pch from him he has also provided my wife cars too and over this period Andy has been like one of the family and we are grateful for the way he treats us as there is never any pushy style sales tactics he is always very helpful when we deal with him and is pleasure to do business with. I have had many cars from other manufacturers over the years but I have stayed with Kia and Andy due to his kind nature and the way he treats us he is one of the best! Thanks to all at the dealership and I hope this gets shared with him and the team in Bridgend!

Customer service way better than my local BMW dealership.
Andrew Lewis at Gravells Hereford provided outstanding service when i bought a little run around Picanto for our dogs! So impressed with the service that I went back and purchased a new one. From the initial enquiry, to collection this morning, Andrew could not have been more helpful. I hope his bosses recognise what an asset he is to their business. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. My other car is a BMW and Gravells beat BMW customer service hands down.

It was time to change my car and I wasn't really sure what I wanted. Gareth was polite patient and very knowledgeable. He went through many options with me until I found the deal I was looking for. My Kia Sportage required a small repair before imminent holiday.
My Kia Sportage required a small repair, after kerbside recovery, and we were due to go on holiday in less than 7 days.
Got to say Service Manager Scott rang me back less than 24 hrs after receiving the car to confirm the problem had been fixed and that the car was already to be picked up.
On picking the car up, a brief informative explaination was given of the repair done, all given with a smile and a sparkly cleaned car.
Total Satisfaction.

Recently purchased a brand new Kia Stonic from this garage. The service I received from Dan Thomas was fantastic, he went above and beyond to ensure that the process was smooth and straightforward. He kept me informed from the time that I ordered the car to receiving it. Overall I am in love with my Stonic and wouldn't hesitate to go back to this garage for any future purchases. Professional and excellent customer service.
Response to initial new car enquiry was speedy, ongoing contact with Karl showed a commitment towards customer service and communication, even responding on his day off, and made the process of ordering and purchasing amazingly painless. The car was delivered and prepared well within time. Karl spent some time acquainting me with the controls and options the car offers, and made it clear I could return at any time to clarify any queries. A really excellent and supportive experience. Would highly recommend Gravells.

We had a great experience purchasing our car from Paul at Kia Garage in Hereford. After our previous car gave us trouble, Paul was incredibly helpful in guiding us through the process of finding a new one. He took the time to discuss what we could afford and made sure we were comfortable with our decision. On top of that, Paul went above and beyond by assisting with the MOT and servicing of the vehicle after the purchase. His professionalism and attention to detail were outstanding, and I will definitely be using this garage again in the future. Highly recommend!
