I contacted Grandisson to arrange a gas fire annual service
I contacted Grandisson to arrange an annual gas fire service. They were able to give me a date and time which was convenient for me.
Byron, the service engineer arrived at the specified time. He was efficient and tidy. He was also able to inform me that Grandisson also provide boiler service and that if 2 appliances are booked in for a service, there is a discount on the second appliance. I had not been aware of this additional service, but will certainly be using it in the future.
