Still haven't received the items after 3months, made email contact and was advised they had reached NZ so not far away now, but after making contact with UKmail they had advised me that the purchases aren't even tracked or traced. I should of just burnt my $$$

I'm really sorry that you found the prints flimsy and cheap - we use a high quality 330 gsm cotton canvas and sent in the matt black polcore frames that you requested.

This company is amazing
This company is amazing. I ordered 4 prints that were accidentally damaged by the shipping company. I contacted graff.io and they almost immediately handled the problem. I sent them a picture of the damaged items and they quickly and easily processed another order for me. Customer service was great and Naima definitely earned the company 5 stars in my book. I would definitely reccomend this company to anyone looking to buy some art.

My daughter loved the gift. Truly amazed, customer service was birlliant!! I emailed in, as I needed my Star Wars prints to be delivered on time for my my daughters birthday, they made sure it was delivered right on time for her! Customer for life and will definitely be ordering from Graff again.

Because I have fat little hands (or something like that, I don't know), I didn't complete an order as I should have, and the coupon code I had expired. Sad face! But Naima came to the rescue, and after a bribe of a winking Quokka, she was able to offer me a new voucher. So, thumbs up, highly recommended, AAAAA++++ to infinity.

Literally unacceptable.
Literally unacceptable. I have been waiting for an order that was placed in FEBRUARY! They stated that it was shipped at the end of June and I would have it within 2-5 days. It has been two and a half weeks and NOTHING. No tracking number, no apology, nothing. When I initially contacted them to see where my order was after months of waiting I was told that it was my fault because I did not email them a receipt of payment... Um did I not submit payment through your website? Was it not deducted from my account the next day by your company? Why is it my job to track your billing? SERIOUSLY?!
I would have added a star as they did let me change images but at this point they do not even deserve one. Part of me thinks that these positive reviews are fake or bought to make other consumers waste time and money with them. If my order ever does show up I will update this review.

We didn't receive a reply to this email, and then you got back in touch with us on the 10th June 2017.
