Customer service rocks...
My daughter and I ordered a print with a groupon as a gift for a friend of hers. When the voucher code said it had already expired, I thought for sure it would be a pain to rectify. Within 24 hours of emailing the company, we had a response from Raima. She reset the code and even sent us a follow-up preview of our order - very helpful as the website doesn't give you that when the order is placed. We received the package in just about the time promised and we're happy with it. I was glad we had a groupon discount as the photo did not arrive under glass - something I would certainly expect had we paid full price. All in all though, the experience was fun and we got a unique gift for a friend.

User friendly and excellent customer service!
Customer serice is not only very responsive, but extremely helpful as well. The website is easy to shop, and the questions I did have about framing were answered by hitting the question mark button right next to the options - you've gotta love it when online shopping is that easy! Bansky Print - Customer Error
I ordered a Bansky print for my son using a Groupon and upgrading via the website for a nicer print/frame. I knew that shipping might take awhile but after quite some time, I never received the print. I contacted customer service and they replied within 24 hours that I should have received it. Still no print arrived. I was in contact back and forth with customer service when we confirmed the mailing address I had typed in was wrong. Totally my error, yet they offered to replace the print at no charge if I would just cover the additional shipping charge. So nice that they helped replace the print when it was not their error but mine. I just received the second print and my son loves it. So appreciative that they were willing to replace it. Thanks!

Excellent customer support. I purchased a living social voucher and had trouble using the voucher. The online support was great and solved the issue in a relatively short time. The website had a big variety of prints and I would purchase something from them again.

All went well, the at work is ok, and COA is avg. If you get a couple of prints together, the COA does not tell you which COA goes with what print. Though the 'Art work/print/s' are a bit expensive without the discount. Arrived in good time and fairly will packaged. There were a couple of crushed corners on the outer packaging, but prints ok, with only one frame having a minor scratch. So overall 'thumbs-up', just a bit pricey. Cheers :)
