I wouldn’t advise buying from this company.
I ordered a pair of boots which were too big, the company are now making it very difficult to return them. Return fees are also unnecessarily high at £20, be warned.

Do not use this supplier. It is a Chinese company masquerading as British. A scam company in my opinion.
I bought a £33 pair of shoes from this supplier but they did not fit. The depth between the top of the shoe and the footbed was far too narrow to fit my foot. I struggle to think that anyone could slide their foot into that narrow gap.
Returns had been advertised as easy. I requested a refund. Between 8-14 June numerous emails were exchanged. Each time I repeated my request of a refund. Each time I was fobbed off. All delaying tactics!
I was offered another pair of the shoes in a larger size, then a 25% refund and I could keep the shoes, followed by another offer of a 40% refund made as a one time offer exception for my order. Again I could keep the shoes. What good are they? I still hadn’t been provided with a return address.
I did some research and sure enough Grace and Jess London proved to be a Chinese company. By this time I was 8 days into the 30 day returns window. I would also have to pay the return postage to China - £25! In the end I accepted a 40% refund.
Something was better than nothing but it has left a bitter taste.

Ordered a pair of orthopaedic sandals, what a joke. Took ages to arrive from China, made from cheap plastic, giving off fumes, did not fit, way too short. Back and forth emails for weeks, in the end I accepted their offer of 50% refund as it was just making me angry. Don't have anything to do with them

Bought the satin wrap dress and wore it to a birthday dinner. Got compliments all night. The quality is there, it feels luxurious and fits perfectly. Super fast delivery and packaged so nicely I felt bad throwing the box away. Grace & Jess London is the real deal.

Very disappointed in the whole experience. Spent a lot of money on 3 pairs of shoes for work. Took nearly 4 weeks to arrive and when they finally did, the standard and quality of the products was shocking. The colours, design, workmanship and fit were all completely wrong. Way too small for my usual size 6 shoe. Now in an email back and fore where thet ask for photos to review etc. I just want my money back! Emails are sent outside UK normal working day times and I believe items are flown over from abroad.None of this is transparent on their website. In addition, the photos on the website are nothing like the real thing.
I didn't read the reviews prior to ordering (note to self), but I certainly will not be buying from here again and I recommend that no one else does. Since the emails of me asking where the product was (over 2 weeks from ordering) and prompting me to look at reviews I note that some "good" reviews have now popped up which were not there before so I highly doubt thay the positive reviews are authentic. If I do not receive my refund then.... trading standards...
No option to leave no stars unfortunately, but wanted to warn people before making the same mistake I did.

Update 26/6/2026...I have demanded a return address and reported to trading standards. It is a room on a business park in China. Have to pay own return funds and I am doing on principle to see what happens. Have reported to trading standards.

Grace & Jess London has such a good eye for design. Everything looks cohesive and wearable rather than trying too hard. My order arrived within two days and was packaged really nicely. Love it.

I have had so many disappointing online fashion orders over the years that I almost stopped trying new brands altogether. Grace & Jess London changed that. The satin midi skirt I ordered is genuinely beautiful, the colour is rich and deep and the fabric moves really well without clinging in the wrong places. The design feels considered rather than trend chasing which I appreciate. It arrived the next day wrapped neatly in tissue paper inside a solid box, nothing crushed or creased. I also contacted customer support to ask about the length before ordering and got a really warm and detailed reply within a couple of hours. That kind of attentiveness is rare and it made me feel confident placing the order. I have since recommended this brand to several friends.

Absolutely not a London based online shop firstly, most defo more likely China with the length of delivery time. Shoes are not as photo or leather, absolutely cheap rubbish. Do not go anywhere near this its a con

I ordered a jumpsuit for a work event and honestly did not expect much given the price. I was completely wrong. The design is elegant and thoughtful, the fabric has a lovely drape to it and the finishing details are really neat. It looked polished and put together in a way that felt expensive. The box it arrived in was also really solid and well presented, nothing was creased or damaged. I will definitely be exploring more of the collection.

Shoes look nothing like the website photo, can't describe how bad the quality is. They smell of chemicals so I wouldn't risk wearing them or even donating to charity shop they might be toxic. Goods are shipped direct from China which they don't tell you before ordering and returns are near impossible.
Please save your money and shop elsewhere

Really pleased with my order. The coat is stunning, great design and the material feels expensive. Arrived in two days and was packaged beautifully. Very happy.

I sent for a pair of mules for $39.95 looked great in the advert online, they took ages to arrive and they were the worst quality and looked nothing like the online picture.
So I sent an email and after another 3 emails got an answer to ask I wanted an exchange or to pick something else, I emailed back to say neither I wanted the postal address and a full refund.............needless to say I never got an address so I sent them to the warehouse in London and another month down the line have sent 4 emails and have not received an answer nor has anyone got in touch when they got my item as they signed for it and so have not been given refund. So annoying so please don't buy anything from this company as they are falsely advertising as the goods are nothing like the advert.

I discovered Grace & Jess London through a friend and I have now placed three orders in two months, that says it all really. Every piece I have received has been well made, the designs are modern but timeless and the fits are consistently true to size. The delivery is always fast and the packaging is so neat and presentable that I have actually reused the boxes. On my second order I had a small issue with a missing item and the customer support team sorted it out same day with zero drama. That kind of service is rare and it is honestly what keeps me coming back. I have recommended this brand to every woman I know.

The goods are absolute rubbish. They state theyre U.K. based but are in CHINA and that’s where you have to return stuff to. The goods are so bad I cannot believe the good reviews are genuine. I’m out of pocket by a lot. They are frauds

The quality of the fabric on the midi skirt I bought is really impressive for the price point. It holds its shape well and does not crease easily which is everything to me. Customer support was also brilliant when I needed to exchange a size, fast reply and no fuss at all.

Delivery was quick and smooth. The product looks like the description and fits well. I'd order again.

The blouse I ordered is so well designed, the collar detail is really unique and it photographs beautifully. Came next day in lovely packaging and fit perfectly straight away. No need to exchange, no hassle. Really happy.
