I got given the English cream tea set as a gift. Nice idea, looks very cute. But Full of nasty E number.

So disappointed with this experience! I was really looking forward to giving these as Christmas gifts to friends and family so I ordered quite a few. I placed the order in 2/12 & it said delivery time of 2-3 working days. I had to chase it up on 13/12 but that email was ignored so I ended up ringing up on 15/12. I spoke to Sarah who was very good, she immediately looked into my order & emailed me an update. It just happened to have been picked on that very day (!) & did arrive a day or two later. It really shouldn’t have taken so long to despatch the order! When the pizzas & slices came, they did look nice but were much thinner than I expected. I don’t really think they’re worth the money and the hassle of having to chase up the order. Sarah is the only reason I haven’t given 1 star!

Never again will I order from this company their standards have drastically gone to the pits.

Processing and dispatch time is long, slow and lousy, service is terrible and delivery takes forever they are just really bad.

Just received our third order, this time for 8 chocolate pizzas.

Yes despatch was delayed due to a Black Friday sales surge but without asking Sarah Stone upgraded our order for very acceptable next day DPD delivery at no extra charge. Once Sarah was made aware of our delayed order she monitored all stages , communicated promptly and treated us as human not a number.

Great customer service which will ensure we order again.

OPlaced 2 orders which arrived OK. Final order placed2 weeks ago despite chasing still not arrived. Had an email saying dispatched on 1st Dec but following 2 calls today I have been told a) it's not beebn picked yet and I cannot get a refund, nor can it be dispatched 1st class. Then after further investigation the 2nd call said it was dispatched yesterday but Royal Mail show they haven't got it yet! So somewhere someone is being economic with the truth! Really not happy, The company say they had too many Black Friday orders! Then don't offer Black Friday deals. Will not use this company again...oh and customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful. Update. Order still not arrived although promised for yesterday! Refund issued. What a terrible experience and seems others feel the same! Received links to review on company website, did this but they only publish good reviews!!

Delivered 5 days late customer service appalling ignored emails when eventually replied said they would come back with information by a certain time they didn’t would never use again

Placed an order for a birthday gift, chocolate pizza via Yumbles, delivery was not made, no sign of courier on security camera and no card left. Was told by The Gourmet Chocolate Company that it had been left at the Coop at Golcar, it hasn't. Golcar Coop asked for the couriers card which doesn't exist The Gourmet Chocolate Company said the had no control over there courier totally disinterested. No gift. No refund - totally don't care. Be warned friends

Just delicious. I bought a 10inch chocolate pizza for my partner and we can't get enough of it. The chocolate is smooth and the size for the money is generous.

Excellent customer service and I am shocked to see how low this companies star rating is!! My experience couldn’t be better and can not fault them in any way. I made a mistake on the delivery address and after contacting them they answered my email very quick to let me know they rectified MY mistake. Also the chocolate pizza was dilivered within 3 days of my order! Super fast!
So in short, don’t let the low star rating influence your decision to place an order.

Absolutely rubbish service, the delivery service deliverd to the wrong address and was left outside in the rain and ruined, the company refuse to do anything without pictures but how can you when delivered to the wrong hose completely while the home owner is not there

This pizza was undercooked can you believe it i had to wait 20 minutes for my food to come and on top of that the dough was undercooked and the chocolate was hard

Ordered an item from them through Next and cannot fulfil but also do not let customer know - was waiting for it as a christmas present.

Lovely product but disappointed there was no list of ingredients. With a member of the household having a nut allergy I had to look up on line for ingredients. I really think for future it might be an idea to have these listed somewhere on the packaging. Food allergies are a big issue for those who have them and can be life-threatening.

Oops have just found some more packaging that my husband had already pulled off and discarded so my apologies.

However as you can imagine we can never be to careful with food allergies.

Wow, what an experience! We’ve been lucky enough to try the pizza Chocolate before as a gift we received from a friend and we’re that impressed by the quality and uniqueness of design that I decided they would be the perfect company to provide our daughters teachers gifts as she’s just left infant school. I spent a long time browsing their website - they have such a diverse range suitable for every occasion and budget. I ordered a bundle of chocolate pizza slices, a large chocolate pizza, a mini chocolate pizza, a gardener themed chocolate bar and a huge chocolate ball. Postage was super fast. Customer service was impeccable, the updates I received for tracking were great too. They arrived very well packaged in perfect condition and I am beyond pleased. They were given to my daughter’s teachers and received with great thanks so were certainly the greatest gifts and beyond pleased. Overall my experience has been fantastic with TGCPC and I highly recommend checking out their website and trying some goodies.. you shall not be disappointed. Great service thank you, we shall be purchasing again soon as Christmas is around the corner and excited to see what Christmas treats you do!

Tasty... But don't waste your money, deep dish box filled with deceiving packaging, lots of plastic and not much chocolate. Not that gourmet either, thin slab of chocolate with cheap white curls/balls etc.

Opposite problem to many of the others but same lousy customer service.
I ordered and paid (extra) for named day delivery for a surprise birthday gift for my son. I ordered in good time and selected the date for delivery. Next day I received an email from DPD saying they had the pizza and they delivered it yesterday 3 days early!! Customer service pointed out that
"We dispatch all our courier parcels in good faith based on your requested delivery date, however there may be times where DPD need to readjust your delivery date due to staffing levels and to accommodate fluctuations in demand."
Which obviously is to cover late delivery!!
So annoyed his surprise is ruined and no they didn't offer to refund the extra paid for nominated day delivery!! Don't use them!!!

Absolute SCAM of a company who charge £8.72 for goumet chocolate pizza that looks shocking and is smaller than a beer mat and fits into the palm of my 10 year olds one hand.Micro chocolate pizzas it should state.Leave this company well alone.From Damon Moffatt.

Appalling customer service - don't even bother to respond to queries.
Placed order which hasn't arrived - yes, there are Royal Mail strikes but I allowed plenty of time (orders from other companies have arrived) and the event I ordered for has passed.
Not even an acknowledgement of my email, never mind a response. Wish I'd spent my money with a different company instead.
