I received my order in a timely manner

I received my order in a timely manner, no complaints as far as the service. I ordered a flag holder that holds a banner on my lamp post and unfortunately have to do that more often than I would like, the quality or the design is not durable, only able to get one maybe two years of use before I have to replace. The design is not what it should be and that’s the only reason I don’t give them five stars.

Church Memorials

This is the second light that we purchased to be used for memorial’s at our church. My sales representative went back to my previous sale to make sure that the LED lights were the same for color, and brightness. I was using a tax exemption for our church, and she helped me get this processed prior to shipping. She was a great helping make this a seamless transaction. Thank You!

Light fixture is damaged and I’m trying…

Light fixture is damaged and I’m trying to fix the problem. The screws popped out on two mount brackets at top of fixture. Also they sent the bulb to the wrong address? Still waiting on that item. Not a happy customer

It was a expensive street light.

I do believe this was reviewed in error as Your Brass Number Order was placed on June 20th with us and it shipped out on June 27th. According to the tracking information, it was Delivered with USPS on July 5th.

Your crew was very attentive and…solved the problem

Your crew was very attentive and helpful.
Unfortunately - the Mfr. was not nearly as good.
Took over 2wks for Mfr to ship product after receiving order.
Then ........ the shipment got LOST in FedX's system.
Your crew was great .......... expedited the problem solution.
Rec'd product - and ...... THE PRODUCT WAS DEFECTIVE.
Your crew got to the Mfr............ and arranged for another to go out THAT DAY - via FedX overnight.
Rec'd the replacement part today.

Thank you for your review, Joseph. Your replacement order shipped via USPS on November 9 and still looks to be en route. As of October 1, the USPS extended their standard transit times and shipments can take longer to arrive.

Mailbox Number Snafu

Ordered a simple house number of 2885 for my mailbox for both sides...packing slip states it correctly, but I was sent two sets of 2995 or 2665 (can't tell). The reason why it isn't a 1 star rating is because customer service is excellent and accommodating.

After two years of service buying again

I bought eight of these pole lights a couple of years ago, these fixtures have worked very well. They have weathered storms and huricanes. The fixtures still look good. I am buying them again and would recommend them.
