A bit more info needed
The car was perfect for the weekend, but there was no counter at the airport for the Dollar car company I had rented....bit stressful. I needed to call to find out that I needed to go to the Hertz counter. Otherwise I would recommend the GoSee car rental experience.

Money taken yet booking cancels. Did not respond to emails spent hours on hold.
I hired a campervan through your booking service, the deposit was taken from my credit card and I received a booking confirmation. Two days later I got an email saying that there was a problem with my credit card details and that the booking would be cancelled. I checked the money had already been taken out. There was no problem. I updated my credit card details anyway. I also sent several emails and spent hours on their hotline number only to get the automated service and told to leave a message. Of which I left several. I even tried their very useless chat bot. In the end the booking got cancelled and I have still not been able to get in touch with anyone from the company (other than a message that deposits are non-refundable). This has been about the worst customer service I have had in a very very long time. They took my money and have provided me with no booking and no answers. My next step will to be report it as fraud to my mastercard. Appalling, DO NOT book your holiday through Gosee, we are now out of pocket and have no campervan (nor can we get one so last minute). Thanks Gosee.

Thank you for contacting us. We are sorry to hear that your interaction with our business did not meet your expectations and we apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.
I have investigated this matter and the reason the booking was canceled, as we were unable to collect the final balance. Our team was continuously trying to reach you leaving voice mails and emails to contact us regarding payment, but unfortunately didn't get a luck, and the booking was automatically canceled by our rental partner as no payment was received.
We are in conversation with our rental partner if they can reinstate the booking. Once we receive any reply from them will get back to you and accordingly we will charge you the balance amount.
We understand how frustrated you must be, but this is an automatic system if the balance amount is not received within 48 hours of the due date, the booking will be automatically canceled.
Please allow us some time and will see what best we can do for you.

Terrible experience, ruining our holiday
Booked a campervan via the website but the booking was cancelled claiming they couldn't process our payment yet they took our deposit and insurance money off the credit card. Now proving extremely difficult to get hold of via email, their chat feature or phone. We now seemed to have lost money and have no holiday.
Update: I appreciate you replying to this review, but still no reply from emailing you (again) and no one picking up the phone to resolve this issue? Your explanation below also does not begin to clarify the problem. At this stage I'm concerned of fraudulent activity

Thank you for sharing your concerns with us, we appreciate your feedback, and we apologize that your booking has been canceled.
Our website fully states that all Initial payments (Deposit) for motorhome bookings are non-refundable. We take this initial payment to secure your booking and collect the remaining payment partially until your pick-up date. This money will be charged from your credit card so there is no need to contact before your pick-up.
If no payment has not been collected, we will contact you to verify the details or to check with your bank. For this reason, your booking has been canceled and fees will apply.
I hope that clarifies everything. However I would like to investigate further on this issue therefore, I really appreciate it if you could forward your details and your IM reference number to customer-care@goseetravel.com so our customer care team find a solution for you.
