Don’t use them they are a third party and not a rental company you can’t contact them and they give no confirmation a useless service that you don’t need go direct to the car rental companies you will be extremely frustrated and waist time by using them keep away is my advice

The protection we offer on behalf of RentalCover is an independent reimbursement-based protection, which covers excess charges, windscreen, tyre damage, and more. It's designed so that additional insurance at the counter is not required.

Based on your booking details, it appears the decision to take out insurance at the counter was likely influenced by the rental provider’s high bond requirement, which can be waived by purchasing full insurance directly at the counter.

Had good rentals, value for money

Had good success at finding & securing a rental for a great rate and timeframe… would be even better if these parameters were set on bigger sized vehicles too

- Made a booking via Afterpay with this airport rental. - Did not receive the vehicle.
- Could not speak to any customer service person upon arrival at airport -called but line went unanswered. Was stuck at the airport for hours.
- Almost a month and I havent gotten a refund nor have they responded to my request.
- and they’re still collecting my payments via Afterpay only because I’m trying to protect my record - since they don’t have theirs to protect.
- pls, airport rental, respond and let me get all of my monies back.

Absolutely worst car site on Google. It’s a Sham . It’s a site that took $60 for car insurance, sent me no confirmation, did not get to rent the car . It took a week to speak to someone from Australia, Im in Nashville, Tn . It’s going on 2 weeks no refund , for a car I never got a chance to rent ! REFUND ME MY $60 Dammmmmmm

I rented a car last week from europecar through booking.com, there was a insurance fee that i had to pay through the nominated thirdparty company"goseetravel" when i went to pick up the car the europecar was unable to provide me the car as i ddnt have any credit card( it wasnt mentioned that i need a credit card when i booked the car and i booked it with my debit card also paid for the insurance with the same debit card) story short europe car is saying even thoug they cant give me the car the also cant refund the insurance fee that i paid as its through third party company, funny thing when i call goseetravel they also say they have no refund policy*** is this a joke! So i have to pay for the insurance for the car that they ddnt give it to me !!! Im furious

Upon reviewing your booking, we can see that you reserved a prestige vehicle with Europcar. While payments to us can typically be made using either a credit or debit card, some rental companies, especially for higher-tier vehicles, do require a credit card in the main driver’s name for security purposes. In this case, Europcar had this requirement in place, which was outlined in the full terms and conditions of the booking.

For future rentals, we strongly recommend reviewing the terms and conditions specific to the vehicle and rental provider, as payment methods may vary.

Regarding the insurance charge, we can confirm that a full refund was processed on 14 March via your original payment method. This should have been reflected in your account. If you have not received it, please don’t hesitate to contact us directly so we can assist further.

Once again, we’re sorry for the inconvenience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

accidentally clicked on this broker company to Alpha Car Hire, both were as useless as possible, tried for an extension and they wanted double the price, and the car was crap, somehow they offer lower deals and are more helpful than Alpha Car Hire who cant change their own pricing for their own company..

But now im getting charged weekly afterpays from them? How did you guys even get my afterpay account when I didnt use it ?

Reported for fraud, its only $20 but its not the point, shady people...
