Lifesaver booking with Ace Rentals
We initially booked our rental car with Jucy Rentals via Airportrentals.com. Upon pick-up we found out there was no booking confirmed. Airportrentals.com booked us another car with Ace Rentals and will organise a refund from Jucy Rentals.

Brilliant customer service from Moises!
We were having some trouble paying for our reservation on the Go See website since we were using a debit card rather than a credit card. We called the Go See helpline and the lovely Moises spent over 40 minutes on the phone with us pursuing every possible avenue to resolve our issues. He was friendly, kind, patient and highly accommodating throughout the whole process - could not wish for better from a telephone helpline. Thank you Moises!

Specialists in excuses and delays.
GoSee are a bad company to deal with. After being unable to change a booking from a campervan to a car (why, they couldn’t explain) they finally, after many phone calls and discussions, offered a refund. Their staff are poorly trained in customer service (as an example a reply to a query was simply and copy and paste response), and they seemingly do everything in their power to obfuscate and frustrate customer. Avoid dealing with this company if you can.

Thank you for letting us know about this issue. We are very sorry we have failed to meet your expectations. I understand that you had many responses from our customer care team and I apologize that you had a frustrating experience.
Please know that you situation was an exception as you have requested to transfer your motorhome credit that you have purchased from our website into a car booking. Upon checking in our system, we regret to inform you that there was no evidence of any car reservation under your name and that you did not have a valid reference number so that we can transfer your funds. Assuming that your car booking was booked directly with a car rental company. We have also reached out to our rental partners and they did confirm there was no car booking either.
As you are aware we represent many rental suppliers globally, and we pay each of them directly after every booking. We are unable to transfer funds from one rental company to another as they are different businesses.
For this reason, the investigation has taken longer than usual, our customer care team tried their best to find your car booking, but unfortunately, they had no success.
As a suitable resolution, we are happily refunding your motorhome credit and we hope that this matter is settled to your satisfaction. Once again we are sorry about your unfortunate rental experience.

My motorhome booking was cancelled due…
My motorhome booking was cancelled due to border restrictions for 2020, 2021. I am trying to book a car rental for this year 2023 and go see is not able to help me with it. My booking for 2023 was cancelled by them as they said the credit is with a specific rental company and i can only book with them. After a lot of calls and discussions with the team,they said I could get a refund, but they still haven't mentioned how to get it and the next steps. This is really frustrating. I will never book with them again.

We sincerely apologize for the negative experience you had during the booking process and that you were not able to travel with your motorhome due to border restrictions.
Unfortunately, as per the terms & conditions of our rentals, the credit must be used on the same company that our customers initially booked from and it cannot be transferred to a different company, since we already pay them.
Regardless, our customer retention team has been in contact with you requesting your bank details so they can process a refund. Unfortunately, we have not yet heard back from you.
If you can please respond to our email and provide your bank account details; we will process the refund for you immediately.
Once again, we apologize for the disappointing experience. Please know that your situation was an exception. Only by being made aware of a problem can we correct it and offer the high quality of service that our customers expect and deserve.

The on-line booking was not friendly, so I called to book over the phone. Mark was easy to talk to and answered all my questions. We successfully completed a car rental.

Don’t touch this place! If you like to book a camper van, pay the full amount, and then look forward to using the camper….. don’t go near this company. They have changed the hire dates without even telling me (only noticed when checking booking) and then charged hundreds of pounds to remove one day off the end of the booking! Can’t be trusted and not reliable at all.

Upon reviewing your reservation, we have discovered that there was a technical issue with amendments to your booking which resulted in an unexpected change of dates. I would like to sincerely apologize for this and to let you know that it is being addressed so it does not happen again in the future.
Please note that the cost of the amendment is $25NZD not hundreds of pounds. There was a system error that resulted in multiple payment deductions, and this is where the confusion comes from. Please know, the amount in the transaction summary is not your final rental voucher.

I hired a car to pick up at Tullamarine, on arrival the office was closed so cancelled the car hire. I am trying to cancel the insurance paid now and have been on Gosee and chat line to talk to someone goes nowhere as it’s all automated and they ask same question over and over.
