Beware..inspect...review before paying
The camper we hired was functionality ok sorry from the equipment they supplied. Don't pay extra for hear unless your thoroughly inspect at collection. They also sold a 3rd party excess reduction policy through their website that later wasn't recognised by the actual owners of the camper wagon....pretty poor care for the customer and no recourse to dispute as all done via the net.

We represent many rental suppliers, and we advise them that all vehicles must be serviced and thoroughly checked before picking up. We sometimes have the option for customers to add third-party insurance, that functions as a reimbursement policy.

I booked my 8 seater car for my vacation for 3 couples at Sunshine Coast, all my hotels were booked all my vacation was approved from work. We were starting dreaming about our holidays, then one day they come and say we can supply your car as you have book on cheaper price. All plan was canceled and making drama to give us 5 seaters car instead. 😡🤬. I will never trust GoSee and never recommend any one at Australia.

Your reservation was cancelled due to the manufacturer's delay in delivering that particular vehicle to the supplier's location. This was an extraordinary situation that rarely occurs and we understand how disruptive this must have been for your travel plans.
The rental company tried to accommodate you with two smaller vehicles for no additional cost to compensate you for the situation. We did learn from the vehicle supplier that you cancelled the booking and did not take their alternative offer.
We also tried to sort different vehicle options with other suppliers we work with but did unfortunately not hear back from you.
We apologize again for the inconvenience this has caused you and hope you were still able to enjoy your trip.

The reason you received 4 stars instead…
The reason you received 4 stars instead of 5 was because after booking the email you sent said it would take 24 hours till I knew if it was confirmed. Because its school holidays I really wanted to know earlier than that. As it turned out I received confirmation after 2 hours which I was relieved about.

Thank you for your feedback. Most of our vehicles on our website are on instant confirmation and we try to provide the best services to our customers.
There is a very less number of cars available on our website where we provide a wait window of 24 hours before confirmation. Sometimes because of the location, peak dates, and checking availability with our rental partner. But we are glad you received a confirmation within 2 hours.
I would like to gain your loyalty and request you to try us again for your travel. We'll look for an instant confirmation vehicle and provide you with all the confirmation at the same time.

I cannot believe certain companies thinking they are giving you a great deal on car rentals eg. 15% when that price is double those shown on GoSee website. Needless to say I have booked a vehicle with them later in the year. GoSee terms and conditions are very fair even allowing for free cancellation up to 72 hours prior to arrival. This is great to know when going to Western Australia.
