Criminal currier from Gophr has delivered item yesterday and undermined all basic delivery guidelines, he could not speak clear English and was very aggressive and rude, wanted to fight. He has damaged item and the sender said he will never use Gophr again. Please avoid using this dodgy company. THEY HAVE NO PHONE NUMBER TO BE CONTACTED BECAUSE THEY KNOW THEY ARE DODDGY AND DODGY STAFF.

I’m currently approved to work in London on the Gophr app, but I need to change my working area to Leicester as drivers can only be approved for one area.
There is no option in the app to change working locations. I’ve raised this multiple times through the ticket system and have repeatedly been told that “someone will be in touch”, but no one has contacted me in over a month.
I’ve also emailed multiple emails but only have had a response from one that keeps saying to change the location through the app — which simply isn’t possible. This has gone round in circles with no resolution.
This has prevented me from working and earning, which is extremely frustrating. I’m happy to comply with any process required, but there seems to be no effective way to get this basic change handled.
I hope Gophr can resolve this properly and improve their driver support communication.

Poor customer service and worse policies
Avoid GOPHR. The courier damaged my parcel and GOPHR has completely refused to take responsibility. Customer service was slow, unhelpful, and hid behind rigid policies instead of resolving the issue. No accountability, no solution, and no care for the customer once something goes wrong.
I would not recommend using this service.

I had no experience of this company - found at random via google and checked Trustpilot review. Booking was very easy with transparent pricing structure and options, and all went very smoothly, with good updates and helpful tracking.

When I finally got a courier, 6 hours after requesting it is was smooth. Customer service have been awful. Missed delivery timescale by over an hour

As a dedicated professional courier i have been loged out of my account.
I do not have access to chat.as I cannot log on so i am responding to you on here.
It is unfair to point all the blame on the delivery to the courier.
I can tell you where there has been jobs and delays by customers which have had a direct knock on effect on the chain of jobs.
Please note When accepting the jobs at that current time the time line was all in order and no delays or over running was showing.
Traffic and weather conditions can and has impacted my time line and delivery on jobs.
I have always maintained communication with customers incase of delays and if there was an issue I have asked on occasions to get the job covered as we don't want any unhappy customers.
I would like to know what job delays has impacted my account being revoked.
Your process there is no fairness as there should be clear communication
And investigation and clear findings before any actions are taken.
It's just unprofessional and extra work back and forth for no reason.
I have written to your ceo re my concerns.
A balance and correct action and process should be maintained and implemented.
The whole ordeal feels like I have been victimised.
It does not give a good feel about working for Gophr.

It was good until that happened
I had good expereince with Gophr until this happened.
I only used Gophr before for urgent courier which they normally complate within 3 hours from booking to delivery.
Booked courier for pick up before 12 mid day, driver didnt pick up till 2 hours later, tried to cancel but realised policy will charge me at this point even driver was late, the parcel didnt reach the destination until 5:30pm which was too late for the receiver to stay in. Then job got cancelled and been charged extra for cancellation due to their 6PM policy . Driver said will deliver the next day but didnt mention it will be charged again, the driver had incident the the parcel didnt get delivered by another driver on the 3rd day. And I was being charged again for the 2nd delivery, which was not communicated at all. If I knew I would be charged again would personaly pick up this parcel and send it via Royal mail as this would be cheaper and quicker.
Complained to customer service due to the 2nd charge wasnt processed with my consent, had to chase 10 days for Gophr to process the refund request, only been told on the 10th day, that refund request was rejected, as , their T&C listed if need to be re-delivered , the auto charged will apply
I disagree with this unfair T&C, as it was shocking how dare they can charge the customer the 2nd time for a 72 hrs delayed deliver without consent, just push charge ont the card detail saved in system, I'm sorry you are losing one very disappointing customer

Fast and on time delivery with tracking, ordered 24 boxes of wall tiles which were delivered the same day within three hours, unloaded in no time with driver help, thnx very much.
