Tow truck pickup a little early...
The tow truck was supposed to show up at 12 noon but showed up at 11:00am an hour early. I wanted to check the car one last time for personal items and take one last photo since we had so many family memories with the Pilot. Unfortunately we did not get that opportunity. What’s the point of scheduling an appointment? Lesson learned. But Goodwill reached out immediately and apologized. Great customer service. Would use again.

Positive experience
Process was easy and straightforward. Received the documents I was supposed to receive. The tow truck operator even came out in the rain to pick up the vehicle. Only complaint is that it wasn’t clear what I needed to do after the car was picked up. I was told all I needed to do was turn in the plates at DMV, however, there were 2 forms to fill out in addition to turning in the plates.

Very pleasant to work with
Very pleasant to work with. This is my second car donation to GW. In my first experience 3 years ago, I got my car towed the next day and received the auctioned tax deductible letter a month later. Had the car towed next day this time, and am waiting for the same outcome.

I gave my old car to Goodwill Car Donations the pickup was quick and the driver was polite, and the whole process felt easy. Their staff answered my questions clearly and scheduling was smooth. But I kept in mind it’s mostly their resale operation donating proceeds, so don’t expect a huge charitable impact.

Super easy donation process
Super easy donation process. Good communication on what's going on, when and required documents. Immediate emails to confirm after the initial phone call. Tow company called a couple hours prior to confirm pick up and the car was gone! Great experience.
