Proceeds from every donation go directly toward funding job training, career counseling, and employment services provided by local Goodwill organizations across the country.

It all went pretty smoothly. The only concern I have is that the Delaware DMV doesn't have a web page that talks about the right way to go about making a donation (title and plate procedure).
