Lost Order & No Help
I ordered > £100 of homeware on 27th March. The DPD tracker says the items are being sent back to Goodhood despite no delivery attempts. DPD have not updated their tracking information since 27th March.
I've emailed Goodhood 3 times and they won't help chase the lost / stuck DPD tracking info for my delivery, nor will they send a replacement or issue a refund. Their response emails have been curt and unhelpful, despite me ordering almost 2 weeks ago.
Really, really frustrating and having to resort to a Paypal claim, which sucks.
UPDATE: after asking several times, the customer service team phoned DPD, found the items had been returned to their warehouse, and refunded me for the cost of the items (although I still paid £7 for shipping for an order that never arrived).
Sat on my money for oversold items
I've ordered twice from Goodhood and both times I've received part of my order and been told the other item will follow.
On each occasion this has not materialised, and when pressed Goodhood have said the item is oversold and refunded that part of the order.
Surely they knew they didn't have the missing item when they decided to send the rest of the order, so to not advise the customer and refund at that stage is pretty dubious practice IMO.

I bought a $250++ electric kettle from them. It was not front and center on the listing that it came with a UK plug. Why would they accept my money and ship it to the US without question if they really are a 40-person company? When they heard back from me, they reccommended I buy a power adapter. Ok. So I did. That failed to provide enough juice to keep the appliance from turning itself off. So, after I spent that additional money Goodhood told me they don't provide return labels from the US. Ship it back to them for $100+ dollars so they can resell it locally and or claim it at a loss? No thanks.
Quite unhappy with their dismissive customer service and lack of foresight. Would never buy from them again.
DO NOT ORDER ONLINE
Ordered two weeks ago, with no response from them; only will tell you an item is out of stock when you reach out yourself. They will keep your money and not bother to tell you unless you reach out. does that make sense?
Why it takes over two weeks to tell you an item is out of stock and wont be sending anything i will never know. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

My order was delayed but I was kept fully informed of its progress and was refunded the cost of delivery because of the delay. Package duly arrived well boxed up. Excellent service and a big shout out to Ethan for calming my nerves!
Awful service tried to steal my money
Awful customer service - didn't receive the item for 3 weeks so I had to reach out and turns out its out of stock. Got a pretty rubbish response saying sorry it's out of stock so we'll refund - but no real recognition of how rubbish the service is or that they were just going to hold onto my money and do nothing. Don't recommend ordering from them - take your business elsewhere.

Useless, I ordered a jacket last week, get sent an email on Sunday telling me it's running a bit late 2-4 days, I emailed the on Wednesday evening & the response is sorry we've over-sold it & here's your refund. What kind of HELP is that?

In store good/ Online bad
In-store is great and well-curated but online not so much. I purchased online a couple of weeks ago and it was a mess. The comms were poor and misleading advising shipping was delayed but still on its way. It was only after following up on what was going on as it had been over a week that I was advised they oversold and no longer had the product.
I won't buy online from Goodhood again as it was just a crappy experience.
