They charged my account and never canceled or showed up. I called several timed to only get voice mail, which was never returned. I waited for four hours. My time is valuable as is most people. Never hire this company. They also emailed me after payment that heavily stained furniture would not be picked up. That's why you get rid of furniture, its either broken or stained. My furniture had a few nail polish stains. NO BUGS, MOLD,ETC.They also have only refunded me half of what I paid and refused to give the rest.

Easy Backyard Debris Removal
This junk removal experience worked out great. Making the appointment on-line was easy, the cost was reasonable, and while they apparently sub-contracted out the job to another company, those workers who actually came to our place were courteous, efficient, and professional. The pickup went smoothly, and I'd use them (either LoadUp or the subcontractor) again with no hesitation.
