The spare parts here are on a different level! Easily some of the best quality spare parts I've ever purchased. I'm not sure, but it's almost like they're better than the original parts.

I can't recommend this store enough. As a beginner myself, it was quite easy to buy a kart. A lot of information about the karts is available and the customer support team is very responsive. Good place for newbies looking to buy their first GoKart.

WAITED 6 MONTHS BEING TOLD IT WOULD BE HERE 3 SEPARATE TIMES. EACH TIME, NO NEWS. THEN WHEN CART SHOWS UP IT HAS COUPLE ISSUES, THE FUEL JUST QUITS, BUT AFTER BLOWING OUT THE LINE THE GAS RUNS OUT GREAT. HOOK IT BACK UP CART RUNS GREAT THEN IT DOES IT AGAIN. AND AFTER DRIVING LESS THEN ONE HALF MILE THE REAR BRAKE STARTS AN EAR PIERCING .SQUEALING. WHEN I CALL TO SEE IF SOMEONE COULD TELL ME HOW THE FITTING ON THE BOTTOM OF THE TANK FUNCTIONS ALL I GOT IS (THAT'S PART OF THE SET UP) NO CLUE.... OBVIOUSLY SO GETTING INFORMATION ON THE SQUEALING BRAKES SAME ANSWER......NO SHOP MANUAL AVAILABLE. I HAVE WORKED ON EVERYTHING FROM 1100 HP SNOW BLOWERS TO CHAIN SAWS AND BUILT MY OWN HOT ROD FROM THE FRAME UP TILL I RETIRED. THE SECOND PERSON I SPOKE TO WAS INSULTING. HE WAS CLUELESS BUT SAID ANY MECHANIC WOULD KNOW AND I SHOULD TAKE IT 60 MILES AWAY. I'm sorry but I lost it with the guy. So don't count on any help other then the owner's manual, nice cart I am sure it will be fine after I replace or repair the offending parts. WOULD I ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN NOT ON YOUR LIFE!

-Lead time is outrageous (16 weeks to receive my kart)

I've purchased a go-kart here, and to be fair, they really feel like they were made to last. One of the more sturdy karts I've tried in the past. Will definitely recommend it!

There very bad these people stole my money and act like they sent it bad in reality I called my bank and they say there are no refunds to my account .. and now I flash on them and they don’t want talk off course yall stole my money I’m gonna catch up with them

Do not order from this company. If you ever need any assistance after purchase you will not be able to speak with a human. Go kart came with broken lights, contacted customer service (through text, only way to communicate with them) and they push you off to manufacturer who cannot speak English. Please go to your local Go-kart dealer to make a purchase. Even if the price tag is higher, you won’t pay $300 for shipping and no customer service.
