GobyMeds has done what others promised
I have tried other sites to get glp-1 medication before and had very little results, often times I felt as if I hadn't taken any medication at all. But the experience with GobyMeds has been amazing! The experience in starting my health and weight loss journey was made extremely easy using Goby. I looked at many company’s that handle GLP~1s and semiglutides. The medication arrived warm. The ice gel melted and the whole package felt as it was exposed to high temperature. The vial is warm . This is unsafe to inject as it supposed to be kept cold
Just received the Medication and the gel that protected from keeping from heat was melted and hot to the touch . I got the vial out of the container and it feels warm as well. I am concerned of injecting this medication as is temperature sensitive.

We understand why this can be concerning, but in most cases your medication is still safe to use.
Your shipment does not need to arrive cold to the touch. Ice packs are included to help limit heat exposure during transit, but they may be melted by the time your package arrives. A melted or warm ice pack does not mean your medication has been compromised and is expected.
Our partner pharmacies test their medications to ensure tolerance of normal shipping conditions, including exposure to elevated temperatures. Once received, please place your medication in the refrigerator and continue following your prescribed treatment plan.
If your medication arrived damaged, leaking, discolored, visibly contaminated, or was exposed to extreme heat for an extended period, please contact our support team and include photos if possible.

Can't get answers at all takes forever for responses , forever to receive the meds I only received one month don't know what I paid or how I get the next month ... the dose is way to low can't speak to anyone .

Good customer service!
There have been some hiccups a long the way but the customer service is quick to make it right and keep the customer satisfied. It might take 48 hours to get a response but they DO respond and they work to fix it. My experience with them has always been pleasant as well with people being kind and respectful and owning any problem with an apology and an effort to fix it immediately. I respect that!
