I have been waiting for several days for a response as why meds just sit at the pharmacy- but they sure instantly charged me for the meds even though the pharmacy still hasn’t sent meds. I am concerned I lost my money and if I ever do get the meds I’m worried they will be water.

I ordered on May 3rd. On May 4th the portal said my order was at the “pharmacy level”. It has never progressed to ship and I haven’t received anything! I used the chat feature which told me the pharmacy accepted my order on May 7th. When I explained that this is not what is reflected in my portal it just says it isn’t a live person and multiple messages will slow it down. Two. I sent two . So much for customer service.

It’s been 10 days. Nothing yet. Still no response to last night’s messages.

The quality of the medication is inconsistent

After days of research, I found GobyMeds. I read it was founded by users of the product just as confused as I was. Everything they offered was true. Great communication (lacking in others), compound delivery came-- only 2 days later than I was expecting and simple portal interface. PLUS the price was one of the best I have seen for 12 weeks of product.

My experience with Goby Meds was extremely disappointing. Communication was poor from the start, and emails were not returned in a timely manner, in fact, I’m still waiting on responses days later. I was told there was an issue with my prescription and that I would have to be denied, but then I was told I could reapply. When I attempted to do so, I couldn’t find any option in the patient portal, and no one would answer my emails to clarify the process.

On top of that, there has been a pending charge of $499.00 on my card since Monday, and I have received no update or support regarding a refund. This lack of transparency and follow‑through is unacceptable, especially for a telehealth company handling medications and patient care.

I already had an uneasy feeling about using an online service for something this important, and this experience only confirmed those concerns. Thankfully, my regular provider was able to get me in right away so I didn’t have to miss a dose. I will not be recommending this company to anyone, and I’m genuinely disappointed. I had hoped this would be a convenient solution, but it turned into unnecessary stress and frustration.

Amazing product that works well at an incredible price!

I tried giving Go By Meds a chance, but I can’t get past the lack of customer service. There’s no response through chat, email, or phone, which immediately raises red flags and makes the company feel unreliable.

With how competitive the peptide space has become, customer support matters. I was referred to this site by a friend due to this peptide boom, but as a new customer, I have questions and couldn’t get anyone to respond. On top of that, the pricing seems higher than many other companies I researched.

Unfortunately, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. Hopefully they improve their communication and customer experience moving forward.

It would be nice if you could have a Spanish version I am Spanish speak and had to have someone help me sign up

The intake process was fast. I have a doctor that knows I’m on GLP1’s so I appreciate no test redundancy. What doesn’t work for me is the prescription dosage. I’d much lower than I expected.
