Efficient and friendly service. Good communication

Not having much experience with solicitors was all new to me
At 78 limped through the experience but found Cerys a great help and very happy in my new home

Fantastic pro-active service throughout the conveyancing process. They didn’t need chasing to get things moving, in fact they were often reminding me to sort out required information. The forms in the portal were very extensive, almost frustratingly so as not everything was relevant, but the portal was friendly enough to not make it painful. The conveyancer’s assistants were always available and capable of answering my many idiot level questions. If I move again Glover Priest will be my conveyancers of choice.

Absolutely faultless from beginning to end supporting our house move. The final few days were quite fraught (an issue higher up the chain), but the voices of Gemma and Cerys remained calm and collected throughout. Utterly professional, delightful in every interaction and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Thank you for everything (he says sitting in the new house with carpenters bashing it around!)

Stephen was the consummate professional, and I would not hesitate to recommend him to others - I have, in fact, already done so.

He was consistently responsive, efficient, and proactive, ensuring that matters progressed smoothly. From the very beginning of my house purchase process, I felt I could place my trust in his expertise and guidance.

Unfortunately my experience with Glover Priest was not very satisfactory. I would not recommend them for COP or for anything to do with selling property.

Prior to this, Court of Protection took 18 months as the paper work originally was not all sent off together. everything had to be redone and sent off again.

Do not use this solicitors. After completion and exchange, after I had paid the full amount requested, they then 'realised' I owed them more money and were intimidating and threatening in trying to claim this money. If a team of 'legal experts' can miscalculate their own costs, I wouldn't trust them with your house purchase or anything else legal in fact.

The family team at Glover priest Stourbridge. From start to finish have been amazing. Kirsty and Louise not only helped me but made me feel like my case mattered.

And for that I am thankful, to finally be able to take my daughter on a holiday abroad means everything to me memories with your children is all the matters in life.
