I bought an Autel scanner. I was skeptical with a discounted price, but it was perfect. My order was backordered so delivery took a little while. Great experience overall.

Ease of finding the product and ordering process.

I was very pleased with my purchase at GTS. The price was great and the processing was easy and fast. The calipers are great and of excellent quality, I can already tell they are much more precise than the ones I was using prior. I would and will recommend GTS for quality equipment anytime and anyone. Thanks GTS!

It took a week to make the account and ship, because I live in Canada but ship to the USA to USA. They were responsive and helped me. They have great prices so, so I shop with them in Canada as well.

Customer service was confusing and inefficient. Eventually got it sorted. Love the prices.

I ordered and paid for this device in December 2025 under the pretense that the lead-time was 3 weeks. We didn't receive the device until May 2025. That's way more than 3 weeks. The communication was poor.

It was a very long wait to receive the product, however, at least there were updates on the delays. Order was placed in February and received in May. I have had no negative feedback from my requestor, so the product must be doing its job.

Loved purchasing my veto bag from here. Will continue to shop here for my professional needs.

Stock of material needed, delivery options and communication

I was told both transmitter and receiver will be shipped. When I received only the receiver I called and they said “ only what’s in the box”. So the whole thing cost $250 and more for absolutely no use. Unfortunately the folks on the phone have no idea or experience with equipment

Good product. Accurate and good delivery time

Part of my order was cancelled, saying the item was discontinued. I got an automated email telling me someone would reach out within 2 business days. 3 business days later, nobody had reached out, so I did. I was informed they were busy, and they didn't know of a replacement. I looked, and the same item was still showing as available, with a different part number at a higher price.

I inquired about getting free shipping, since I'd ordered enough to get free shipping on my original order. I was told I had to place the order 1st, then they could submit a request to credit my shipping charges. So I did, and I was never communicated with again, and shipping charges remained on my order.

Please stop making your customers jump through hoops so you can raise prices after orders have been placed.
