Pocket expandable hose with the copper head
Hi, back in around April 2025 I purchased the much and over advertised the so called' Pocket Hose with the Copper Head. Like many I was drawn into this amazing product and decided that I should purchase this amazing hose. I received the hose within a very short time and started using it . It was about 6 months later the hose started weeping from the connectors and to top it off the trigger on the hose's pistol nozzle broke because one of the clips had fallen out due to poor and cheap parts. Not bad for a hose that was claimed to be 'Indestructible' which was to me a whole lot of 'Hog Wash'. Even though it came with a 3 year warranty it still hasn't been replaced to date. Not bad when the company tells you that you have a 3 year warranty cover. I tried on numerous occasions to make contact with the company including sending photos of the broken part along with emails. Nothing ! Absolutely nothing , I gave up in the end. I also read other purchasers of this hose had really nothing good to say about this so called 'Superior' hose. There was numerous complaints about the hose made from poor quality materials which caused the hose to malfunction, it would appear I wasn't on my own with this one. This is bad sales relationship on this company with it's customers. I would never ever purchase another one of these hoses again , I am done. Hell at least support your customers and answer their emails, mine being included on more than one time and don't leave the customer hanging , like a dream catcher in the wind.
