Great, early delivery.

Delivered in a week to Finland. Delivery was fast, it just took three days to send the order.

I just had to write a review because I have never experienced just incredible customer service that went above and beyond what could be expected.
I had ordered an item for my son - in the wrong size. Entirely my mistake. Nothing wrong with the product.
I telephoned to see if I could exchange it for the correct size - fearing that I probably wouldn’t and worrying about having to fund a new item.
Not only was the refund process explained in the kindest and most patient way - I was sent a follow up email explaining the process step by step. This proved to be perfect and took me through so easily. The lady I spoke to was called Joanna. Such a star! I am of mature years and have had a stroke so don’t always process as quickly as I once did. Joanna’s calm and considerate manner made the whole process a pleasure. Who knew a customer services call could ever be a pleasant experience.

Delivered on time. The skis were packaged well and just how advertised. Evri Delivered them on the day specified, happy with the purchase.

I actually never received the skis I ordered, but Glisshop were not the problem, Evri are. Glisshop dispatched my order within the week, with Christmas in the middle, which was excellent considering the time of year. Unfortunately Evri are the only delivery option to the UK, and it was their job to get the skis to me. On New Years Eve I got an update from Evri saying they were at the local depot, but an issue meant they couldn't be delivered, but would be on the next working day. That was the last update I got, and after a couple of weeks of being fobbed off by Evri's various chat bots I contacted Glisshop to chase the delivery. Glisshop were very responsive on the email, which was much appreciated, and after another week of no tracking updates from Evri they admitted to Glisshop that the skis were lost. At this point Glisshop offered me a replacement order, or full refund. Within a few working days I was fully refunded, with good email communication from Glisshop staff. So in short, Glisshop are good, with great pricing, but do not order from them if your ski holiday is in the next few weeks because even if Evri don't lose your parcel it can take a couple of weeks to arrive from France, but it's worth it for the savings on offer.

Not yet - as haven’t received the boots and no emails from Evri to even say they have received them??!!
